Produced from 2005 to 2017, the Vantage was offered as the leanest and most nimble GT sports car in Aston Martin’s lineup featuring a two-seat layout and lightweight bonded aluminum structure. This 2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster comes finished in DBR9 Racing Green over a Tan leather interior and is now being offered for auction by its seller showing just over 4k miles on the odometer.
The Henrik Fisker-designed bodywork comes finished in DBR9 Racing Green with a convertible top. Equipment includes red-painted brake calipers, vented fenders, swan-wing doors, dual exhaust outlets, and the factory 19” 15-spoke silver alloy wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is appointed with Tan leather upholstery. Driver amenities include automatic climate control, power-adjustable seats with memory settings, pushbutton ignition, leather-trimmed paddle shifters, and an AM/FM CD stereo. The seller notes very minor signs of use on the driver’s seat bolster.
The first-generation V8 Vantage carries a 4.3-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 engine assembled by hand at the AM facility in Cologne, Germany. This naturally aspirated power plant generates up to 380 HP and 308 lb.-ft of torque which is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed Sportshift automated manual transmission. Other performance features include positive torque control, a stainless-steel exhaust with active bypass valves, four-wheel independent double-wishbone suspension, and Dynamic Stability Control. The seller adds that this example benefits from a recent major service and a few records dating back to 2008 are provided in the gallery.
This sale will include a clean title.

Best color on Astons! Though I will say, I probably wouldn't have photographed a green car on grass. This would really pop with a concrete / white background.

@dinodo can you supply videos of top going up and down along with a cold start?
Thanks
@manuals4ever Thanks for the inquiry. One owner until 2022, when Ferrari of Central Florida acquired the Aston and resold it to the current owner. I see the line referring to dent repair from the 2008 repair order. I don't see a sublet charge to a paintless dent repair specialist, or to a body shop. The current owner does not know the reason for that notation. When you examine the car there is no evidence of a previous repair. Beyond that I could only guess.
Hello @dinodo sharp looking Vantage.
Can you supply any history of ownership? It is not clear from the Carfax. Is this a one owner or a two owner car? First registration in 2022?? Any additional info on the dent repair done on 8/11/09? Thanks
Good morning, and welcome. I am representing the owner of this unique Aston Martin V8 Volante convertible, and will assist bidders by answering any questions that they might have. I think you will find this Aston's documented low mileage, distinctive color combination, and overall high level of condition to be very appealing.
