Offered for auction is this 2007 Porsche 997 Turbo Coupe finished in Atlas Grey Metallic over a black full leather interior. This launch-year example features a 6-speed manual transmission connecting the driver to a twin-turbocharged Mezger engine along with optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) and the Sport Chrono Package. Inside, this Coupe also showcases factory-exclusive Adaptive Sport Seats with painted backings, Porsche crested headrests, metal door sills with model insignias, and optional aluminum inlays. Sold new from Porsche of Danbury Connecticut at a sticker price of over $140k, this Turbo had been cared for by the original owner up until 2021 and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey showing approximately 59k miles on the odometer.
This 997 sports Atlas Grey Metallic paint and Speed Yellow calipers indicative of optional ceramic composite brakes. The factory 19” 911 Turbo wheels are currently mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Some small stone chips are present on the front end and mirror caps as well as a few imperfections on the lower edge of the front spoiler and scuff marks on the passenger-side wheels. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black full leather upholstery is accented by exclusive painted hardback Adaptive Sport Seats and aluminum inlays for the shifter and brake handle. Other optional details include a footrest in aluminum and metal door entry guards with “Turbo” model insignias. Light signs of wear are noted on the steering wheel, handbrake, central tunnel, seat bolsters, and PCM controls.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine produces as much as 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque, driving all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in approximately 3.5 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) provide superior stopping power while the optional Sport Chrono Package enables a variable sport mode setting as well as a temporary overboost function for increased peak torque. The seller states there are no known mechanical or electrical faults, and the CARFAX report shows a 40k mile service completed by an authorized Porsche dealer in 2014 along with the replacement of the alternator and a window regulator. The current New York State Safety/Emissions Inspection is valid until June of 2022.
This sale will include a clean title.

@HemiSam just added DME report and undercarriage pics ... Thx
Can you post a DME/overrev report for the car?
Bid in the amount of $53,000
@HemiSam the car was just at the car wash before the pics were taken, I'm guessing its either water or possibly Armor All, either way there are no stains. Will try to snap some pics underneath but there isn't much to see tbh, fairly obviously the car has been garage kept ... Thx
@audifan just what is noted on the carfax, I'm sure there have been others but unfortunately I do not have the paper copies. The car is essentially a one owner car, the first owner had it up until June of 21.
@Audi1995 I did not find any paintwork, the car was also inspected by Manheim and they too noted it had no paintwork. Are you referring to the doorjamb pic? Might be the clear bra over the hips, think it wraps all the way to the door but I would have to double check on that. I'm more than happy to show the car in person to any prospective bidders ... Cheers
Service history ?
Could we get some underside shots given the locations where it's lived?
Was something spilled on the passenger side seat bottom? Hard to tell, but it looks spotted.
Great looking car. Thanks.
Has there been any paint work done on the car? Picture number 117 looks almost like there was some paint/body work done on the passenger side? Do you have any detailed pictures and paint metering close to the area in that picture?
Yep it has the heated seats, the car is actually very nicely spec'd, including painted seat backs and PCCB.
Many of the Turbo 997's did not come with heated seats...good question.
Bid in the amount of $50,000
@Mongoosedoc it's German, of course it has heated seats... all the 997 models did. If you look at the pics od the console center you will see switches
Heated seats?
