The second-generation Porsche 911 GT3 was unveiled in 2006 using the 997 chassis with advanced “zero lift” aerodynamics and a new 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine producing 415 HP. This 2007 example is one of 917 Porsche 997.1 GT3s delivered to the United States and comes finished in Carrara White over a Black leather and Alcantara interior. It was originally sold in California and came factory-equipped with optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCN), the Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package, Sport Chrono Package, a fire extinguisher, an aluminum footrest, and a painted rear center console. This GT3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas with approximately 27k miles on the odometer.
The 997 GT3 features a unique front fascia with large radiator grilles and an air extractor on the nose as well as a fixed rear wing and a rear bumper with dual center-mounted tailpipes. This example is finished in Carrara White contrasted by yellow ceramic brake calipers, a carbon fiber rear wing, and black 19” GT3 wheels. The seller notes a rear quarter panel was refinished and blended, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this GT3 features a Black leather interior with Alcantara upholstery on the seat centers, door panels, headliner, shifter, and brake handle. Accessories include an Exclusive rear center console painted in Carrara White, an aluminum footrest, a fire extinguisher, automatic climate control, and a Sport Chrono stopwatch dial mounted on the dashboard. A set of aluminum Rennline pedal covers has been installed as well.
A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine delivers up to 415 HP and 300 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH occurs in approximately 4 seconds while stopping power comes from optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). The suspension has been lowered to European ride height specifications and an aftermarket exhaust center section has been installed for increased sound and performance. The car’s last service was completed by the seller in October 2023 including an oil and filter change, a brake fluid flush, and an inspection. A DME report is provided in the gallery.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “The suspension has been lowered to European spec. Clean DME report, only Range One over-revs.”

‘The seller would like you to know: “The suspension has been lowered to European spec. Clean DME report, only Range One over-revs.”’
There is no European ride height. All GT3s, ROW and USA, were set up the same from the factory with a 108mm front and 133mm ride height, with a +5mm variation allowance. If this car was lowered, then it’s not to any factory spec. If anyone cares, it’s easily reversible since the factory coilovers are adjustable.
On the body and paint work, I have no personal knowledge of this but based on comments made by prior owners, the issue seemed to have been one of the window seal rivets breaking and falling between the rear quarter and inside fender (somewhat common on (997.1) which then results in an outward bump being created as the panels flex over the jammed rivet. The repair requires removing the river, then smoothing the panel to eliminate the protrusion and repainting. If the shop has metalwork experts, they can smooth it with no filler, if not, some shops will smooth with filler before repainting.

@DCC1234 I just added the build sheet showing the options. The Rear Carbon wing was added on. The build doesn't show what color wheels so not sure on that one.

Are the carbon fiber rear wing and black wheels factory options?
@cnewgt2 The car still has the stock cats on the car and will pass CA smog the way it's set up right now.
Any chance to get the muffler back to stock for CA registration?

@supermoo No Accident, it was just cosmetic damage to the paint.
Is there any information on the accident which caused the paint readings?
We are proud to offer this stunning 997 GT3. It is very hard to find one of these cars that has not been tracked. This car has one of the cleanest DME reports we have seen. Only a few readings in Range 1. Range 2-6 have never been touched. The car has a Shark Werks center muffler delete which is pretty much the only thing you need done on these cars. If you look at the paint meter readings you can see that the driver side rear quarter panel has been painted and blended into the door. Besides that this car is near perfect and comes with 2 keys, books, and last service record. Last service was Brake fluid flushed/changed Oil and filter changed on 10/04/23.
