Factory-rated at 480 HP and 460 lb-ft of torque, the twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine is paired with a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transaxle and a Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel-drive system. The engine has been modified with a Billy Boat exhaust system, a high-flow catalytic converter, and a BMC air filter. Under current ownership, the coolant pipes were pinned, and the coolant elbows were replaced with upgraded Shark Werks pipes. Other items addressed by the current owner include replacing the water pump, auxiliary water pump, spark plugs, oil cooler lines, coolant lines, O-rings, and installing Agency Power braided stainless-steel brake lines.

This is such a nice car!
If you search online, you'll see that just a few days ago—on September 22nd—a 2007 997 Turbo with the same color combination, similar factory options, and comparable mileage (80k miles) sold for a high bid of $65,000. That car had a minor accident and lacked the comprehensive maintenance and upgrades this one has received.
My car has been meticulously maintained, and based on its mileage and condition, in my opinion it’s worth well over $75,000. CarFax currently values it at $77,500 (report available upon request). According to Hagerty, the value of a 997.1 Turbo Tiptronic in “#3 Good Condition” ranges from $74,473 to $97,750 depending on mileage. I encourage everyone to do their own research.
This vehicle has had three owners, including myself. A careful review of the CarFax report will show that the other two were dealerships:
• First Owner (2007–2013): A private individual with a New Jersey address.
• Second Owner (2013–2018): Registered initially in Florida, then relocated to Texas—same owner throughout.
• Third Owner (2018–Present): Myself. I purchased the car directly from the second owner in 2018.
Regarding the roll bar and any questions about whether this is a track car: I installed the roll bar because I love the aggressive look it gives the car. However, I’ve never tracked it.
The rear seats and hardware were removed to install the roll bar, but all original parts—including those replaced with aftermarket components—are included in the sale.
