The 997-generation Porsche 911 Turbo was introduced for the 2007 model year and featured the renowned Mezger flat-six engine paired with new Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) turbochargers. Finished in Slate Grey Metallic over Black and Sand Beige upholstery, this inaugural year example features an optional Tiptronic S transmission, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Sport Chrono Package Turbo, heated Adaptive Sport Seats, the Parking Assist System, and more. Showing less than 74k kilometers (~46k miles) on the odometer, this Canadian-market Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Alberta.
The Turbo features model-specific bumpers, wider fenders, side air intakes, and a speed-activated rear wing. Finished in Slate Grey Metallic, this example includes an optional rear wiper and yellow ceramic brake calipers. The factory 19” Turbo wheels have been CNC-machine refinished and dressed in Pirelli P Zero N2 tires dated 2020 (front) and 2019 (rear). The seller notes the rear bumper and right rear fender were refinished. Minor flaws include front-end paint imperfections, a light wiper scratch, and small windshield chips. A clean CARFAX report and detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin presents two-tone Black and Sand Beige leather upholstery complete with Sand Beige floor mats. Optional equipment includes heated Adaptive Sport Seats, the Parking Assist System, a Sport Chrono stopwatch dial, Tiptronic and handbrake lever trim in aluminum/leather, and an exclusive aluminum footrest. Slight wear is noted on the driver’s seat bolster. A subtle squeaking noise is occasionally noticed over rough roads, reportedly attributed to the suspension.
Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six factory-rated at 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque, sent to all four wheels through an optional 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission. With the Sport Chrono Package, the Turbo offers a temporary overboost function and 0–60 MPH acceleration in as little as 3.4 seconds. Additionally, optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) provide superior stopping ability. A major service was completed in 2022 at 70k kilometers, including a new battery, trunk switch, fluid changes for the front and rear differentials and viscous coupling, a brake fluid flush, cooling system flush and pressure test, fuel filter replacement, four new tires with TPMS sensors, and a four-wheel alignment. The seller notes that upon a cold startup, a small amount of smoke occasionally emits as oil pressure builds up. A list of highlighted services are provided by the seller below:

PCCB front and rear brake pads replaced at 67,000 km.

The seller would like you to know: "Thanks for viewing my personally owned Porsche 997.1 Turbo. I’ve been a Porsche owner since the mid-80s and consider a Mezger-powered 911 a privilege to own and drive. While it’s not equipped with the more desirable manual transmission, the Tiptronic S does an outstanding and stress-free job of harnessing the power and acceleration of this machine, whether in a spirited drive or while taking a fun cruise on your favorite winding road. Owning and driving this Porsche always put a big smile on my face, and I always looked for any excuse at all to take it for a drive. The legendary silhouette, driving position, PCCB brakes, and Metzger engine make this a special experience every time you settle in and turn the key. It’s an 18-year-old car, so it’s not perfect. While it looks like a very new car inside and out, it shows a bit of normal wear on the front bumper and windshield, which is okay because these cars need to be experienced and enjoyed. I hope this car goes to a good home and an enthusiast like me, as I know it will bring the new owner true Porsche happiness! "

@HWA thanks for the question. I am confident in saying there is no color deviation between the right side front fender and right door.
Is there a color deviation between the front right fender and the right door? Please advise.
@topgearbuyer thanks for the question. I’m looking to purchase a newer generation 911 that would provide me with more long distance driving comfort and tech for road trips I have on my bucket list.

Hey pphee, do you mind sharing the reason you are selling this one? Thank you.
@HWA thanks for your question. I’m not able to recommend a broker as I have not done a vehicle import into the USA. I did a search on this topic and found the following companies that specialize in this work. Livingston International and Border123, I hope this helps.
Are you able to recommend a broker who can help with importation to USA?

@Mikepcarmarket , pcarmarket team confirmed that a Canadian winning bidder can pay in Canadian funds.
@Mikepcarmarket thanks for the question. Storage of the car after auction is not an issue as I have dedicated indoor space on a lift in my garage. In regards to payment currency, I expect it’s in USD as this is a USA auction site, I will ask the pcarmarket team about this question and send you an update.
Would the seller be able to store the car (outdoors is fine, as long as safe) for approx. 2 weeks? I will have the car shipped by rail to Ontario where I reside, but I’m currently away. And, may I pay in Canadian funds?
Bid in the amount of $28,000
@QG thanks for the question. I have not driven the car in any winter conditions. I have only used the car in the summer months and only after the roads have been cleaned up, so usually between May - October. I’ve averaged about 1500 km a year and do an annual oil change before I park it for the winter. My garage is heated and I put it on a lift, up and out the way of any potential damage.

Has this vehicle been driven on Alberta roads during the winter months?

@Autotrend Good question, I am not a car dealer, just a private seller. I would suggest consulting with a customs broker to get all the details and cost associated to importing a vehicle from Canada to the USA.
