The 997-generation Porsche 911 Turbo was introduced for the 2007 model year and featured the renowned Mezger flat-six engine paired with new Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) turbochargers. This launch-year example is finished in Slate Grey Metallic over a Black/Stone Grey interior and features a Tiptronic S transmission, the Sport Chrono Package Turbo, and painted side rocker panels. Upgraded with 19” HRE wheels, Sparco bucket seats, aftermarket cold air intakes, RSS engine mounts, and a Soul Performance exhaust, this Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of North Carolina with approximately 50k miles on the odometer.
Finished in Slate Grey Metallic, the Turbo-specific bodywork includes wider fenders compared to the contemporary Carrera along with integrated side air intakes, unique bumpers, and a speed-activated spoiler wing. A set of aftermarket 19” HRE wheels have been mounted with Falken Azenis FK510 tires from 2021. The seller notes scrapes along the front lip along with minor imperfections on the edge of the driver’s side door, passenger’s side door, and passenger’s side of the rear bumper.
The cabin is appointed with Black/Stone Grey upholstery. Upgraded equipment includes a pair of Sparco bucket seats, carbon fiber trim, a roll cage, and a Pioneer head unit. Factory equipment includes an electric sunroof, Bose Surround Sound, and cruise control. The seller adds that all gauges, electronics, and accessories are working properly.
A twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine provides up to 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels. Equipped with the optional 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission, the Turbo accelerates from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.4 seconds. This example also features the optional Sport Chrono Package which enables a temporary overboost function for increased peak torque. The seller adds that an aftermarket cold air intake has been installed along with RSS engine mounts, a Soul Performance exhaust system, and an upgraded suspension.

1. This 911 is being sold through our dealership, 5 Star Auto, located out of North Carolina. We have been in possession of this vehicle since February of 2023.
2. An oil change was done in June 2023. A State Inspection as required by NC dealers, was completed in March 2023.
3. I have no records of the coolant lines being addressed. I will try to get confirmation if possible before the auction ends.
4. I have no records of the camshaft being pinned.
5. Throughout all the months of ownership, I have come across zero leaks.
6. The vehicle shifts as expected from a Tiptronic and steers good.
7. The modifications may point to this, however I have no proof the vehicle has been tracked.
8. I will try to get confirmation for your questions and more photos of the exhaust system if possible before the auction ends.
9. After looking, I was able to confirm one bolt is missing. I will try to address this now.
10. No PPF on the vehicle.
11. The rear spoiler does work, I will have a photo uploaded shortly.
12. The reason behind CarFax stating this is due to any vehicle over 10 years old is exempt from odometer disclosure.

Sorry for the late questions, didn’t see the auction until now!
1. How long have you owned the car (looks like your’e a dealer and just reselling the vehicle).
2. Have any services or inspections been carried out under your ownership?
3. Do you know or can you inspect the car to see if the coolant pipes have been welded or pinned?
4. Any idea on camshaft being pinned?
5. Any leaks?
6. How does the car drive (shift and steer etc)?
7. Looks obvious the car has been set up for track… can you pull the DME report to check for over revs (will show programming operations and if a tune was possibly installed).
8. It looks like the car has no catalytic converters on it and it’s a straight piped exhaust with soul tips…. Rather than a true soul x-pipe (as stated in the description). Can you confirm or add pictures showing the exhaust better? Are the stock o2 sensors still in place on the exhaust?
If straight piped and no cats won’t pass emissions.
9. Pictures 113 and 114 appear to show a stud/bolt missing from the turbo to exhaust flange, can you confirm either way?
10. Any PPF on the car?
11. Does the rear spoiler actually work? All pictures show it in the raised position, can you lower it and upload a photo?
12. Any idea why carfax says odometer reporting not required?
13. With the “upgraded suspension” can you look or take pictures of the suspension set up? Wondering what it is and if it’s just springs and the stock PASM still works (the little spring button inside the car to stiffen or soften the ride).

Does it have back seats?
@nyucfsu I do not see any signs of a tune, the front bumper looks to be stock with the cut outs for the scoop. The air was filled after the photos were taken, the light did reset and is no longer on.

@elman.t A couple of questions for you: (1) are you able to tell if the car has been tuned? It would be pretty common to pair these mods with a tune. (2) The front bumper isn't stock with the air intake. Is this a stock front bumper that was cut to add the scoop or an aftermarket front bumper? (3) The pictures show the tire pressure light. Does it stay lit because of the aftermarket wheels?
@J4177 The 911 has upgraded sway bars by Eibach, I do not have the original seats for either the front or rear. The roll cage is held with brackets. All of the carbon fiber other than the cup holder trim is all wrapped and can be easily removed.
@VonKlatt I do not have any other service history aside from the CarFax. There are plenty of upgraded parts on this 911 that may give the idea, however I have no signs of the vehicle being tracked before.
Hello seller. Can you tell us about the upgraded suspension? I assume the oem front and read seats are long gone? Is the rollcage welded in? The carbon fiber is aftermarket… is it removable?

Outside of the CARFAX, do you any maintenance records or other history on this car? From the outfitting, one would assume it was heavily used as a track car. Just curious if there’s any other history with 9 owners. Many thanks
