Now available is this 2007 Porsche 997 Turbo Coupe finished in Black over a black full leather interior. This launch-year 997 Turbo comes factory equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission as well as an optional rear differential lock, the Sport Chrono Package, aluminum interior trim, and Adaptive Sport Seats with painted backrests and crested headrests. The car has also been upgraded with H&R lowering springs, an RSR flywheel, GT3 shifter, Forge Motorsports Intercoolers, Speedtech competition exhaust, and Protomotive turbochargers as well as TechArt side skirts, custom wheels, and a GT2-style carbon fiber wing. This Turbo is now being offered by its owner out of Texas showing approximately 46k miles on the odometer.
This Turbo comes finished in Black and features TechArt side skirts, an Agency Power GT2-style carbon fiber rear wing, updated 997.2 taillights, and a GT2-style front fascia with VR Aero carbon fiber lip. The windows are tinted and the full exterior has been preserved under Suntek clear paint protection film. The 19" Wheel Dynamics 808 rims come dressed in one-year-old Bridgestone Potenza RE71R tires. The seller notes a slight misalignment of the front splitter and a small scratch on the driver-side front fender above the PPF. There are also some minor signs of road-going wear present throughout the exterior, mainly on the front end. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with black full leather upholstery including optional heated Adaptive Sport Seats with painted backrests, Guards Red seatbelts, and Porsche crested headrests. Other unique factory details include a thicker three-spoke leather steering wheel, rear center console in leather, storage compartment lid with model logo, belt outlets and steering wheel trim in aluminum-look, PCM Package in aluminum-look, aluminum inlays for the shifter and brake handle, and illuminated stainless steel door entry guards. A Proclip phone holder has been added and the seller reports some wear to the leather upholstery.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine has been upgraded with Protomotive 63.5 VTG turbochargers along with reworked and pinned camshafts, welded coolant fittings, a 93-octane tune, Forge Motorsports intercoolers, a Speedtech competition exhaust, Protomotive 80lb. injectors, and BMC air filters. The estimated output is 700 HP at the crank using 93-octane fuel, and 875 HP using Motorsport 109 racing fuel. All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission including a Protomotive clutch kit, RSR flywheel, and GT3 short shifter.
Most of the modifications were carried out under prior ownership by either Protomotive themselves or the specialists at Arkam Haus. A DME report is provided in the gallery and the seller reports the clutch was replaced in February of 2021. A service of the all-wheel-drive system was completed in October of 2020 along with a transmission fluid flush, new battery, and ignition switch. The spark plugs were replaced under prior ownership at 30k miles.
This sale will include owner's manuals, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and a clean title.

@dcp225 I will include the oem springs and front splitter with the sale. However, I do have an oem gt3 throttle body, ported ipd plenum and protomotive e85 injectors that I am looking to sell. I am open to discuss adding them to the sale with whoever wins the car if they are interested in the parts.
@Orangeman Hi there, this will be my first pcarmarket auction, but I am all signed up and ready to go. I like the car, mostly because its blk/blk with some nice interior touches, but I can't help feel like there is not a lot of information here.
- The DME report is basically perfect, but did you pull it without doing a PPI of the car?
On a modified car making close to the max power to safely be on stock internals I would want a compression test as well. Can we do a PPI after the auction with a deposit?
- Are there no receipts at all for any work on the car?
- How many miles are on the new turbos/fueling/tune?
- Why did the front diff need to be rebuilt?
As for the aftermarket body parts, I believe we're looking at wing (is this pinned? Are the rams dead as per the comment of the person whom you took for a ride?), side skits, front bumper and of course the lip. How is the paint match on all of these? The finish? Is that bumper fiberglass, oem or plastic? Can you tell it isnt OEM level of finish?
The wing is functional with the active aero, were it to be on, it is currently drained and decoded, but can be restored to its original condition. The paint match is seamless and oem Porsche paint was used on all of the parts, it looks like it came from the factory. The bumper is oem and was cut to fit an oem 997 gt3 vent and then further modified with mesh vents across the front to protect the radiators.
The front diff was never rebuilt, it was services as per Porsche's recommendation at the time interval.
I did do a ppi of the car before I purchased it, but got a dme report later before listing the car, as I was looking to be as transparent as possible.
The new turbos have approximately 15,000 miles on them without issue.
The ppf is under the blemishes and the scratch, if it were to be taken off, the paintwork is in very good condition.
I hope I was able to appease your concerns, I apologize for the late response.

@Orangeman Yes, on the oem struts.
Bid in the amount of $61,997
Flame war in the last hour does nobody any good. Let’s let everyone bidding get some q’s out there.
@seller are there factory parts not included that you’d sell as well?
Bid in the amount of $60,500
@Orangeman not at all but to your point, you're new to this site and you came off very negative on your virgin debut.
IMO there's no need to put that kind of pressure on any seller in the final two hours.
2 years ago I passed up a 997 turbo identical to this without mods for $65k because I found a 991 closer to me. They were $65k all day long. Hell 997.2 Turbo S were $70k, especially if cabs, now they no longer are. That's why I said over $70k. That's literally all I was implying. Are you a shill account for the buyer or something? Seems to be what you're implying...
@doboy017 I believe it was listed on BAT.
@Orangeman no you need to learn proper grammar.
Anyone reading that would take it that way.
You gotta work on your reading comprehension man.
@Orangeman in your last sentence that's what you implied.
@Tangerine997 Who said anything about this car selling for 70s?
If I remember right. This car was in the Deal Tank for $105
@Orangeman all great questions and concern's but not sure the owner can get you that type of detail in the final hours.
Regardless of paperwork, with the mods that have been done of this car I don't see the reserve being less then six figures. Somewhere in the $70's is a pipe dream.

Is it lowered on the original OEM struts?

Is the current PPF over the top of any blemishes like the scratch listed? I understand this is late, but I appreciate the information.
I still am going to bid, I just feel like there isn't a lot of information for an auction on a modified car that typically sells for over $70k now.

@dcp225 I will include the oem springs and front splitter with the sale.
@luis.seneriz It was great to meet you! I am glad you liked the car, thank you for your input.

Saw the car in person today. Thf owner took me for a ride. Awesome extremely fast. Great looking car, everything works, issues may be, sunroof sometimes you have to hit button twice, hydraulic lifters on ghdd red wing. This is an awesome car, great built. Someone is going to get an awesome driving machine, wonderful exhaust sound. Bid with confidence, I’m just being honest with the porsche community.

Do any factory parts come with the car?
So tempting, exactly what I want. Just the timing is off, just bought a new house and new truck. Will be watching, GLWS!!
I can't stop thinking about how fun and awesome this 911 is. Can you post a video of the car accelerating or showing off some of its 700hp? Also whoever wins this car, I want to follow its life as I hope to afford this or a similar one in the future. Beauty.
Those are not .2 taillights. They are simply Depo LED lights. The .2 would require a new .2 rear bumper. Nice either way but not .2’s.
Perfect, wish I had some extra money.
If anyone has any question or concern, please ask, I will respond as soon as I see your message.
I am more than happy to be as straightforward and transparent about the car as I can.
Thank you all for your interest.
@Jake7 The taillights fit great, they look and function like oem. I definitely recommend updating them on any 997.1, it really compliments the timeless design in my opinion.
Any issues with the fit of the .2 taillights? Always wondered if the .2 LED lights could be substituted.
Spectacular!
