Introduced in 2005, the 997-generation 911 featured a more potent water-cooled flat-six engine and seamlessly blended retro and modern design elements. Instantly embraced by enthusiasts, it offers a compelling choice for those seeking a smaller and lighter 911 from the contemporary era. This 2007 Carrera S Cabriolet, finished in Black over Black leather upholstery, is equipped with the Sport Chrono Package Plus, 19” Carrera Sport wheels, a power-retractable soft top, a speed-activated rear spoiler, the Bose High-End Sound Package, and more. Showing less than 76k miles on the odometer, this 911 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California.
This Carrera S comes finished Black with a matching cabriolet roof and features the Sport Chrono Package Plus, 19” Carrera Sport wheels, a power-retractable soft top, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. The seller reports minor modifications, highlighting clear side marker lights and tinted windows, and notes minor scratches, chips, swirl marks on the paint, and curb rash on the wheels. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is also noted to be illuminated. The CARFAX history report shows minor damage in June 2022. The seller also notes that the bumpers and rocker panels were previously refinished. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is appointed Black leather upholstery and features a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, Navigation for PCM, automatic climate control, the Bose High-End Sound Package, remote (6-disc) CD changer, and Black mats with “Porsche” lettering. An aftermarket Parrot speaker module and hardwired iPod connector have been fitted. The seller notes some creases and wear on the front seats, scratches on some of the interior plastics, and some worn finish on the climate control knobs.
A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine provides up to 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. It achieves acceleration from 0-60 MPH in less than 5 seconds with a top speed exceeding 180 MPH. The CARFAX report documents 15 service history records, including the replacement of engine oil and filter, serpentine belt, water pump and gasket, spark plug(s), and coolant in May 2020 at 67,793 miles. The seller notes the rear window regulators, engine oil and filter, and oil separator in preparation for the sale.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, two keys, a window sticker, service records, and a clean title.

@dangramm Apologies with voice tax windshield is not cracked. But does have some pitting. When you are driving towards the sun. It is visible but there is no cracking call chips
@Aaronruskin "Mark's windshield is in cracked or heavily petted."
I'm sorry, what do you mean?
Apologies for not noticing this listing earlier, but has any DME rev report been posted?
@Aaronruskin if you look at picture #13, just to the right of the A-pillar, in line with the side view mirror, there are two pieces of black tape along the edge of the windshield. Also in picture #12, it appears to be cracks in the gasket along the windshield. Does this cause any onto the dashboard/into the cabin during heavy periods of rain?
@dangramm I don't see any tape. If you'd like to take a picture circle it. I can dress that as far as the windshield. When driving into the sun, you can see some Stone. Mark's windshield is in cracked or heavily petted. Only visible when the sun is in your face
What are the black stickers/tape doing on the windshield in picture 13?
Can you comment on the condition of the windshield itself? Hard to tell if the car is just dirty or the windshield is heavily pockmarked with stone chips.
Thank you.
@JohnCol rear bumper was hit parallel parking from another car, there was only a crack but driver used insurance a d the claim was 1400 for the paint, no other damage a very stupid claim
Can you tell us anything about the accident and damage in 2022?
@marmoset yes, I do have the records for the said items and many more from prior ownership, are you local? Car also just passed California emissions.

Do you have any receipts for the work done in prep for sale? I'm assuming the "rear window regulators, engine oil and filter, and oil separator" note means you replaced these items. Please clarify. Thx
