Finished in Meteor Grey Metallic over a Black interior, this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S Coupe features a 6-speed manual transmission paired with a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine. It was factory optioned with a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, stainless-steel exhaust pipes, 19” Carrera Sport wheels, Bose High-End Sound Package, and Sport Chrono Package Plus. The car sustained damage under original ownership before the seller’s purchase in 2022 and has since been professionally repaired along with the installation of upgraded leather Sport Seats, new front tires, a wheel alignment, and a recent oil service. This Carrera S is now being offered for auction out of Texas with approximately 17k miles showing on the odometer.
This Carrera S is finished in Meteor Grey Metallic and features xenon headlamps, an electric sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, optional stainless-steel quad exhaust pipes, red brake calipers, and 19” Carrera Sport wheels with color Porsche crest center caps. The CARFAX report shows minor to moderate accident damage sustained to the left rear side in 2021 resulting in a total loss insurance claim and a salvage title. Under the seller’s ownership, the car was repaired with a new left rear fender, bumper, taillight, axle, and control arms on both sides. The car received a rebuilt title in December 2022 and the seller notes the professional repairs and paintwork were carried out to a very high standard. Two new front tires have been installed, the rear tires were mounted within the last 500 miles, and all four tire pressure sensors were replaced by the seller. It comes factory-equipped with a matching Alcantara headliner, a leather three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a Sport Chrono dashboard stopwatch, self-dimming mirrors, automatic climate control, cruise control, the Bose High-End Sound Package, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with Sirius XM radio connectivity. An aftermarket Bluetooth audio receiver was installed by the original owner. Some scuffs are noted on the driver’s door panel and sill. The seller reports all accessories and electronics are fully functional.
Factory-rated at 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque, the naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Two spark plugs and coil packs were replaced in 2020, a new AGM battery was installed in 2024, and an oil change was recently performed at 16,300 miles. The seller reports there are no outstanding maintenance items.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, tools, and a rebuilt Texas title.

@ckit73 Yes, spoiler works in both modes. I have addressed all known minor issues on this car. Everything works as expected. Tire wear is even. Dates are 2016-18. Right hub assembly, shock, and axle, along with both rear rotors.
Good morning..w 7 hours to go i have a few questions. 1. Any paperwork w this auction. I don't see the repair bill etc. 2. 17,000 miles, ? any history that you know of w car? I realize you owned for 2 years but any prior knowledge on car?
@trdysart Thank you for uploading the videos and clarifying my questions. Does the spoiler work in manual mode and at speed? Sunroof works and no water leaks? What are the date codes on the tires? Even wear on the treads? What was the damage to the undercarriage during the accident? What was replaced? I appreciate your efforts!

@ckit73 Yes sir, the exhaust is completely stock including the factory converters. There is absolutely no evidence of cylinder bore scoring, nor would I expect to see that condition arise so early in the life of a Carrera. I will shoot a cold start video tonight and upload it immediately. You can hear the smooth purr of the engine at idle at the end of the walk-around video I just posted a few minutes ago. The tail pipes show no smoke, although it was about 90 seconds into the video.

Is the exhaust completely stock with catalytic converter? Can you also provide a cold start video and walk around showing the exhaust while running? Any issues with bore scoring? Thank you!

I have uploaded two videos of the car. One is a "spirited" drive of the car performing flawlessly to the tune of "Don't Stop Believing" on the Bose stereo. I did not plan that music, but it's appropriate to all the we went through to return this amazing vehicle to once again become the driving machine it was designed to be by the engineers at Porsche. They should be live tomorrow.

@ckit73 Yes sir. All repair receipts and maintenance records since new are available and will be transferred to the new owner. The car handles as if it were new, including driving straight down the road with no hands on the wheel. I have driven it in Sport mode on a winding road at speed, and the car stays planted in the curves and powers out with no oversteer. We performed an all wheel alignment after replacing the right rear hub assembly and both rear rotors. The left rear received one new control arm. All Carreras have three lower rear torsion braces, two of which were replaced. They are designed to only fit in the bolt holes (3 each on the side braces) if frame is in perfect alignment. They mounted up perfectly, so no frame bending.

Will all maintenance and repair receipts be included with sale? How does the car handle and ride since the repairs? Was there frame/chassis damage?
