Finished in Atlas Grey Metallic over Black upholstery, this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S pairs a 6-speed manual transmission with its naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine. It was configured from the factory with heated front seats, the Power Seat Package, Porsche-crested headrests, and the Bose High-End Sound Package. The car also features an upgraded Fabspeed Motorsport exhaust and carbon fiber air intake. Showing approximately 15k miles on the odometer, this two-owner Carrera S is now being offered for auction on dealer consignment out of Missouri.

This Coupe is finished in Atlas Grey Metallic. It can be distinguished as a Carrera S by its red-painted brake calipers, quad exhaust outlets, and factory 19” Carrera S wheels. Other equipment includes fog lights, a rear speed-activated rear spoiler, a sunroof, and optional colored Porsche-crested wheel caps. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport tires used for approximately 1k miles. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin is appointed with Black standard leather upholstery featuring optional heated front seats, exclusive Porsche-crested headrests, and black floor mats with Porsche lettering. Additional options include the Power Seat Package and Bose High-End Sound Package. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.

Power is derived from a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, generating as much as 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The Carrera S also equips Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard. The seller adds that a Fabspeed exhaust and carbon fiber air intake have been fitted and reports that the vehicle has been regularly maintained, with the last annual service performed in August 2024. A total of 19 service history records are provided in the CARFAX report.

This sale will include a clean title, the owner’s manuals, and a car cover.

The seller would like you to know: “Absolutely flawless, meticulously maintained by a detail-oriented owner. Stunning Atlas Grey Metallic with Black leather interior. Features include Multi-Stage Heated Front Seats, Power Seat Package, driver memory, driver lumbar adjustment, Bose high-end sound package, Moon Roof, Adaptive Suspension, and Wheel Cap with Colored Porsche Crest. A prime specimen of a 997.”

The IMs bearing situation for Porsche 911’s is grossly overblown. This is fueled by the manufacturers of ImS replacement kits. The failure rate of the IMS bearing is less than 1percent. It is less than this if you monitor the situation by simply placing a magnet in your oil pan so your technician can determine if there are any metal shavings picked up by the magnet. Consult a top quality technician concerning this topic and he will disclose these facts to you.

  • 66911 (registered bidder) 2 months, 2 weeksago

Beautiful car. Has there been an aftermarket short-shifter installed? Thanks.

@Mirage08 The IMS bearing has not been inspected, that said, the single row IMS Bearing used in the 2000-2005 had an 8% failure rate, 2007 had the larger IMS bearing which resulted in a less then 1% failure rate. https://www.rennlist.com/how-tos/a/porsche-997-why-the-ims-bearing-issue-is-overblown-383755

Can you post the service reports individually so they can all be read?
The fabspeed exhaust still has catalytic converters correct?
