Finished in Meteor Grey Metallic over Black leather, this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S Coupe features a 6-speed manual transmission paired with its naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six. It also equips the optional Bose High-End Sound Package, Power Seat Package, heated front seats, navigation for PCM, and more. Acquired by the seller in 2019 and stored in a climate-controlled garage as part of their private collection, this meticulously maintained Carrera S is now being offered for auction out of Colorado with just over 60k miles on the odometer.
This Coupe is finished in Meteor Grey Metallic and can be distinguished as a Carrera S by its red-painted brake calipers and quad exhaust outlets. It rides on 19” Carrera S wheels finished in black with optional colored Porsche-crested center caps and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires from 2019. Clear side markers have been fitted and a full ceramic coating was professionally carried out 4 years ago, and the seller adds that the exterior has been washed and waxed multiple times per season, including monthly waxes throughout each summer season. Small scratches on the driver’s side door and A-pillar are noted along with minor signs of road wear on the front end. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Black standard leather upholstery featuring optional heated front seats, self-dimming mirrors, and black floor mats with Porsche lettering. Additional options include the Power Seat Package, Bose High-End Sound Package, and navigation for PCM. The seller adds that the leather has been treated with Lexol cleaners and conditioners, and the cabin has been consistently cleaned and protected with 301 Protectant where applicable. The ignition key plate was replaced in 2019 as well as the climate control knobs. The seller notes the temperature control knob has since been slightly nicked.
Power is derived from a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, generating as much as 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The Carrera S equips Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard. This vehicle was acquired by the seller from an authorized Porsche dealer in 2019, where a pre-purchase inspection was carried out. The inspection identified a low battery and leaking in the boot of the steering rack, as those items were replaced shortly after delivery of the vehicle. All other manufacturer-recommended maintenance items are said to have been carried out along with oil changes at least once per year, even though the seller has rarely driven over 2,500 miles yearly. Additionally, the seller reports aftermarket shifter cables were installed at 50k miles and were replaced with the original OEM shifter cables 1k miles later. Additionally, a Fister muffler and ‘Gundo’ hack have been installed, which partially bypasses the muffler for enhanced sound.
This sale will include a clean title, an air pump, and a car cover.
The seller would like you to know: "This 911 is in EXCELLENT condition. It has only been adult driven while in my care, and never tracked or otherwise driven carelessly. As mentioned previously, I only drive the car on 'good weather' days, and if it gets dirty it is immediately washed. When not being driven I cover the car in the garage (cover included). I have tried to get the car up to factory OEM condition if there were any issues. I've replaced a missing cigarette lighter (not that I use it, but it was missing). I've replaced the ignition backer as it was scratched more than I liked when I purchased the car. I've done some minor paint corrections to give the car the best look possible."

@G964 I did look through the pre-purchase inspection paperwork, and there was no printed information about any over revs.
Thanks
@G964 I’m sorry I forgot to address your question about the over revs. They did take my key and run it through their system but I don’t believe they printed out the report. I don’t want to miss represent what they found, but there was no concerns. Yes, there were some over revs, but very few. I will dig into my files and see if I can find the exact number.
@G964 I have all the service records that I have had performed since I bought it at 47,000 miles. There were no records passed on to me besides what’s in the Carfax
The clutch was inspected by dart auto in Denver, who specializes in Porsches. They said it was still in good shape. I have to believe it is the original.
When I had the PPI done, they did not do a boroscope. When they went through the car, they only noted it needed a battery and the front steering rack was leaking. Both of those items fixed immediately.
@CfC Sunday works for me. if I don’t see you at cars and coffee, let’s set up a time for Sunday.
Any service records? Is clutch original? Was the engine bore scoped when you did the PPI in 2019? Overrev report?
@PT997 Sounds good. I’m traveling until Friday afternoon. Maybe Sunday?
@CfC if the weather is good, I might be able to make it, but currently looks like snow and high of 39? If you are local, could we set up another time at my home in Westminster?
Any chance you can make it to Cars & Coffee on Saturday (weather permitting) on S Boulder Road? I’d like to take a look if possible.

Welcome to the auction! Please ask questions if there is something that has gone unanswered in the pics/vids or other comments. This 997 is fantastic and is an absolute blast to drive in the twisties! Hoping it finds a good home and continues to be well cared for in the future!
