Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a black leather interior, this 2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S Coupe pairs a 6-speed manual transmission with its 3.8-liter flat-six. Prior to the initial delivery at Champion Motorsport, this example was upgraded with their signature F77 Power Package, including a Werks1 carbon fiber air intake, a GIAC tune, a Tubi exhaust system, an OEM exterior Aerokit, 19” RG5 forged alloy wheels, and more. It was also factory optioned with the Sport Chrono Package Plus, the Bose High End Sound Package, the Power Seat Package, a rear window wiper, and Porsche-crested headrests. Acquired by the seller here on PCARMARKET, this Carrera S F77 is now being offered for auction out of Florida showing less than 28k miles on the odometer.

This example was ordered in Arctic Silver Metallic and presents a Champion Motorsport-installed OEM Aerokit including a GT3-style front fascia and rear wing. Additionally, the ride height was lowered with H&R Sport springs, and 19” Champion Motorsports RG5 forged alloy wheels were fitted. Other modifications include black painted mirror housings and rear bumperettes, clear side marker lenses, Morimoto taillights, and an “F77” rear model designation. The original taillights will accompany the sale. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The Black leather interior features the optional Power Seat Package, Porsche-crested headrests, the Bose High End Sound Package, and a Sport Chrono stopwatch dial. A rear window wiper was selected, and automatic climate control is equipped as standard. Modifications include an OEM GT3 steering wheel, an OEM GT3 shifter, a Black Forest Industries Alcantara shift knob, and blue LED cabin lighting.

Power comes from a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine factory-rated at 355 HP. Output has been upgraded with a Werks1 carbon fiber air intake, GIAC ECU tune, and free-flowing Tubi exhaust system with headers as part of the F77 Power Package. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission, and stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes paired with 330mm cross-drilled rotors at all corners. An oil change was performed on 8/28/24 using Liqui Moly 5W40, and no outstanding maintenance items have been reported.

This sale will include a clean title, a car cover, the factory taillights, and service documentation.
The seller would like you to know: “Purchased this just after selling my 991 GT3. The car was, IMHO, as good as the GT3 in most respects, and I liked the way it drove and handled much better. The 6-speed, of course, made it much more of a Porsche 911 experience than the PDK. The gentleman who sold this to me said he regretted it, and I am pretty sure I will feel the same. There aren’t many of these cars out there. She’s special.”

Congrats to the seller. Everyone else, sucks, I'm in the same boat.
Think the net point here is simple, resellers simply drive the market up on enthusiasts. This car will sit for months at some absurd price.
@Nick997 I take my dog for a ride on sundays in my 997. Does that count?
@gpmotors no your not. A normal guy would take his son for a ride in this car next week and make another enthusiast. You bought it to get another $10,000+ out of that buyer. Respect the hustle but not going to earn the love from the rest of us.
Soon to be listed for $100k by a dealer. Sad.
Sold for $71,500
What a bummer... I really tried.
Sorry guys, work meetings, another one goes to the resale market.
I'm a normal car guys just like you @nick997.
Already saved a 993 from y’all. I did my job already.
Bid in the amount of $71,500
Buying up all the good cars and listing them for over market isn’t going to make many friends. Might be good business but don’t expect us normal people to appreciate it

@hpatel1976 no problem, just didn’t want anyone to assume that this was just a visual package the Porsche guys had come up with lol! Having owned several 997’s this one is quite a bit more substantial:-)
My apologies, didn't mean to sound negative towards the car. Just researching and found some interesting things. Car I'm sure revs quicker and possibly faster than a regular S. Chipping a turbo engine results in a substantial increase. NA engines not so much. This is still to be a excellent car.
Bid in the amount of $43,000
Bid in the amount of $41,000
@hpatel1976 a stripe package is visual. This is definitely NOT visual! GIAC tune, better intake, better exhaust, lighter wheels.
Bid in the amount of $40,000
The F77 seems to be more of a visual than performance package. NA engine are hard to extract more power from. Beautiful car nonetheless. Interested on where this lands.
Bid in the amount of $39,500
@VR4ownzU that’s what was included by the previous owner and matches what is in the car. Not sure what more I can tell you?!
I appreciate you uploading the catalog but it doesn't confirm what was added to the vehicle.
@Nick997 thanks! I knew the numbers were small from my conversations with CM but didn’t know they were that small!!
(Increasing reserve?! lol)
I remember when this car sold during Covid on Pcar. Out in Calli I think. I have a black 08 F77, champion told me they sold around a dozen or so cars from the showroom with the package from new. I’ve only known of 6 to have traded hands/ surfaces in the past 5 years.

@Nick997 any mods that weren’t in the F77 package are the Blue LED’s, Morimoto Tail lights, Soul Perf Bypasses (all should be included in the write up below in case I missed any). Still has the Tubi with Soul Perf bypasses. Paint is original.
Build sheet from Champion would be highly appreciated.
Bid in the amount of $30,100
@Rockerceo Please post a photo of the documents showing the build for full transparency. They had a lot of optional parts.
Bid in the amount of $27,500
Can you elaborate on what mods the car has on top of what’s included in the F77 package? Does it still have the Tubi? Any paint work?
@VR4ownzU yes the paperwork is included with the car. This IS indeed the full F77 package that was offered at the time INCLUDING the RG5 Champion Motorsport wheels which are on the car.
Bid in the amount of $27,000
Bid in the amount of $26,000
Do you have any of the reciepts/build from Champion? You could pick options. These don't appear to be the original optional wheels so it may have been left with the original Porsche wheels which are no longer with the car. They had optional suspension, cage, seats, outside graphics, painted center console, etc. Some clarification on what Champion put on the car would be amazing if you have the actual build sheet fromt them. That way someone could sorta figure out what isn't from Champion and what is.
If you are looking for a rare 911 this is a good place to start. The original “magazine” car is rumored to be with a collector, there is a black one in Central FL, this silver one, and rumored to be a black one in NorCal. Even if there are 10x that number this still represents a car you won’t find yourself parked next to at the next Cars and Coffee.
@hpatel1976 just wrinkled, no damage!
Is the leather on the passenger seat damaged or just wrinkled? Hard to see whats happening.
@PaulGri as of right now they are NOT included, BUT let’s see what the next few hours do… :-)
Bid in the amount of $25,250
Are the VT Forged wheels included in the sale?
these things are aging like fine wine, everyday they look better and better. future classic!
gorgeous car.
@02stang yes sir those will be included.
Bid in the amount of $25,000
Do you have the stock mufflers by chance?
Bid in the amount of $23,000
@hpatel1976 the PORSCHE lettering CAN be removed. As far as I know the Black is NOT a wrap.
Is the spoiler PORSCHE and black just vinyl and removable?
@Treksman2 IMS failure rate on an ‘07 is estimated at 1%. You would have to decide whether you are comfortable with that.
The TPMS light was due to the wheel and tire change (see explanation below) and is no longer on.
IMS? Also TPMS light? Very low mileage on a car with that type of IMS.
@bpark1989 thank you so much Byron! Still so thrilled for you!!!
Amazing seller! Just bought his 996 :)
@hpatel1976 drone - definitely there during acceleration, not too bad at highway speeds, but as I told another bidder I’d definitely upgrade the exhaust system to something a bit more exotic.
Rear Seats are a very easy install/removal.
Is there any drone at highway speeds from the exhaust? How hard are the rear seat belts to put back in?
Yeah, uhm, about that lol…
3 car garage…My 996 and wife’s 991 were down because she would drive both. Macan in the center, 997 and project car on the top of the lifts (it’s a problem I know). To get it down meant I had to pull car out, drop the 997, etc etc etc so it just didn’t happen as much as it should have. And thus why we are here now moving these cars on to drivers who will enjoy the hell out of them. Sorry for the sad story hahaha. Try not to cry too hard :-)
In almost 3 years this cars barely been driven 1500 miles? I'd drive it everyday.

@Goose997 the F77 kit, according to the literature and magazine articles wasn’t just about HP/Torque, but a balance of increases in HP (25-35hp to the wheels) plus lighter wheels, better breathing, quicker revs, better handling, euro spec lowering/wind tunnel impact, better braking etc etc.
A quote from Excellence Magazine at the time said “(the F77) sounds and handles more like a GT3 Cup Racer than the GT3 does”
As I mentioned in the write up having owned a 991 GT3 prior to this car THIS one was the better car all around. Speed, handling, sound, gearing, traction all better IMHO. I have added a pic of the magazine article that is included in the paperwork binder.
Anyone who rode in this after my GT3 basically said the same thing…”Holy Shit.”
Any estimate/suggestion of what the F77 package does for hp and torque?
@Rockerceo absolutely, thank you.
Hi @montegofd3s
There is NO ppf on the front of the car, and wasn’t there when I purchased it. IIRC the previous owner had it removed.
The telescoping steering wheel does work.
The 3.8 and wing logo can be removed.
From what Victor from Champion Motorsports told me there was NO official badging for the F77 so if a car has any it was added by the owner. It can be removed also if you prefer.
The lips were done by the previous owner and I have assumed that the whole wheel was powder coated as there is no difference in the sheen of the black BUT I do not know that for sure.
Hope this helps a bit :-)!!
Hey @Rockerceo, I have a couple of questions after looking over the past auctions on PCar;
- Is the clear PPF still on the hood and bumper or was it removed?
- Is the telescopic steering wheel now functioning properly?
- Is the "3.8" and "Porsche" lettering on the wing stickers and/or removable and do you have the original F77 rear badge?
- Do you know if the rim lips were painted black or powder coated, etc?
Thank you, beautiful car!

I just had an interested party message me and ask if he could come see the car. The answer is of course Yes. I’d like to extend that same offer to anyone that might be near the SoFlo area. Just message me and we can work out a time to see it prior to the close of the auction.
Bid in the amount of $21,000
I have added some pics of the RS5’s in case someone might have an interest in that being added in.

@OvertonAutomotive I’m not very familiar with the date codes but if this is the case I would suggest the same. I have a set of VT Forged RS5’s on Pirelli P Zero’s that were on this car that I could make available to the winning bidder if they so choose.
Very cool setup. The F77 package is awesome on the 997.
Date codes are 4410 FL, 4410 FR, 4616 RL, 4616 RR on the tires. Anyone buying this should absolutely put tires on it before driving it. 2010 date codes on the front are dangerous to drive on in my opinion.
Hello all! I just read back through the description and noticed that it didn’t mention the addition of a Soul Performance muffler bypass. That’s why she sounds a bit throatier than normal. Original mufflers are included in the sale.

@batting yes, all the information on the F77 is included in the Paperwork binder.
As far as the TPMS light, it is now off. I had just changed the wheels/tires back to the RG5’s right before the photo shoot and had not driven the car to allow the TPMS to “learn” the new sensors. This is a normal issue. Took the car to the gym day after the shoot and the system reset itself. I can upload a video showing it gone. There are no other warning lights.
looks like a great setup with the Champion Motorsports upgrades Any documentation for those upgrades? Does the TPMS light remain "on" all the time? any other warning light?
@bavarian3 I’m not entirely sure of the tire age, they were on it when I purchased it. I drove the car with a different set and just put these back on for the sale.
Mainly to the occasional Cars and Coffee, gym and an occasional grocery run. We had 5 Porsches so this one did not get a lot of use.
Last oil change Sept of 2024, that all that has been needed.
Aero kit is OEM
Yes, the rear seats along with their accessories are included.
-Are the front tires from 2010 and the rears from 2016?
-What sort of driving did this car see?
-What maintenance has been done on it?
-Is the aero kit an OEM or aftermarket?
-Do you have the rear seat bottoms/backs?

@luis.seneriz Hi Luis, I have not had a bore scope done so obviously no photos, sorry.
3.8 M97 engine the more likely to score of the bunch. Any bore scope photos? I like the car as it is more unique with the mods.
