Representing the fifth generation of the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class flagship grand touring car, the R230 chassis was the first SL to feature a retractable folding hardtop. Powered by a 5.5-liter V8 engine paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission, this SL550 comes finished in Alabaster White over Siam Beige leather upholstery. Equipment includes the AMG Sport Package, Active Body Control suspension, 18” AMG double-spoke wheels, cornering headlights, automatic climate control, climatized multi-contour seats, and Keyless-Go entry. This example comes finished in Alabaster White (960U) and features a power-folding convertible hardtop. Details include cornering headlights, fog lights, fender air vents, and dual exhaust outlets. Standard equipment also includes the AMG Sport Package, which consists of a front spoiler and side skirts, along with 18” AMG double-spoke wheels. Inside, the cabin features 12-way adjustable heated and ventilated multi-contour seats upholstered in Siam Beige (215A) leather with matching door panels and carpeting. Beneath the hood lies a 5.5-liter M273 V8 engine factory-rated at 383 HP and 391 lb.-ft of torque. A 7-speed 7G-Tronic shiftable automatic transmission directs power to the rear wheels. Performance features include Mercedes Active Body Control (ABC) suspension to minimize body roll during cornering, acceleration, and braking, along with Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Automatic Slip Control (ASR). The seller adds that the power steering pump accumulator was recently serviced along with a synthetic oil change.

These cars are such a screaming deal. Low miles, generally well cared for, plenty of power with the AMG pkg and built to last. Cheap.
