The third-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W211) was updated for the 2007 model year and gained a new top-range model, the E63 AMG, which featured a more powerful naturally aspirated V8 engine rated at over 500 HP along with a new 7-speed automatic transmission. Originally offered in the United States by special order only, this E63 AMG is reportedly one of only 153 Wagon (S211) versions sold in the country between 2007 and 2009. It comes finished in Pewter/Cubanite Silver Metallic over a Cashmere/Amaretta Nappa leather interior and is equipped with the Premium 2 Package, Airmatic air suspension, a power sunroof, Alcantara headliner, Burl Walnut wood trim, 4-zone climate control, a power tailgate, a Harman/Kardon sound system, 10-way adjustable seats, an AMG lap timer, and more. Benefitting from extensive service carried out over the past two years, this rare AMG wagon is now being offered for auction by its owner out of California while showing just over 57k miles on the odometer.
Compared to a standard E-Class wagon, the E63 AMG version comes with an AMG Styling Package including revised bumper covers, side skirts, and quad exhaust outlets. This example is finished in Pewter/Cubanite Silver Metallic (723) and rides on 18” AMG 5-spoke wheels. The optional Premium 2 Package adds bi-xenon headlights with active curve illumination and washers. Other equipment includes black roof rails and window trim, integrated front fog lights, a chrome grille, a power tailgate, “6.3 AMG” fender badges, silver AMG-branded brake calipers, and an electric tilt/slide sunroof in glass. The seller notes some clear coat chips on the front and rear passenger-side wheels as well as a small dent on the driver’s side quarter panel and some small scuffs under the lower front valence. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Cashmere/Amaretta (854) Nappa leather upholstery accented by a matching Alcantara headliner and Burl Walnut wood veneers. Accessories include 10-way adjustable front seats with memory settings, a multifunction steering wheel with paddle shifters, 4-zone automatic climate control, a split-folding rear seat, stainless-steel AMG-branded door sills, COMAND APS, a CD-changer, and a Harman/Kardon sound system. The optional Premium 2 Package also adds Keyless-Go entry, heated and active ventilated front seats, rear side window blinds, a navigation system, and a satellite radio receiver. The interior is described to be in excellent condition with all accessories and electronics working properly.
A naturally aspirated 6.3-liter M156 V8 engine delivers up to 507 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission. The car is equipped with an Adaptive Damping System, self-leveling Airmatic suspension, an AMG exhaust system, and an AMG high-performance compound braking system featuring 6-piston calipers in front and 4-piston calipers in the rear. The seller has provided the following recent maintenance history:
2/2023 (56,140 miles)
12/2022 (54,856 miles)
08/2022 (53,468 miles)
04/2022 (49,547 miles)
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, sales literature, OEM rubber floor mats, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “In the United States, the S211 E63 AMG wagon was a special-order model that Mercedes-Benz didn't list in its factory literature; MBUSA didn't even display the model on its official website. Only 153 units were sold in the US between the 2007 and 2009 model years, according to the company.”

To the Seller - if you and rbizet can’t close the gap, I’d try to track down the underbidder of the auction you won.
Yeah I’d bet my bottom dollar this didn’t meet reserve and ends up on dealtank
I think I'd rather take a payday loan then sell this for $34K. Quite the gap for only 8 months of ownership. Sorry @Vlad600sel

@PierroW thank you! It took a long time to find one this clean and its a shame I have to let it go ,but that's life. Nothing like the m156, such a piece of engineering art.
Man... this was really what I had been looking to find for some time, but it seemed like it was either the older versions with heavy miles, or newer versions that were out of my price range. Ended up getting a Macan GTS, but the pull of the AMG Wagon is still so strong. This looks to be a very, very nice example...GLWTS!
@charliek911 Thank you! the rear tire date is 1422 and the front date is 0122. the car was last smogged 06/2023.

@rindlergroup head bolts have not been replaced, but the cam lobes were inspected when they did the valve covers.
Another question. Has the Mercedes head bolt issue for this model E63 car been addressed to your knowledge?
@Imthedecidah just a proper detail, the car came to me with a recent service and I barley drove the car.
@rindlergroup some family issues have come about and I need to clear up some fund to help out. I would never sell this car otherwise.
what have you done to the car since buying it 8 months ago?
Why are you selling this E63? MR

@pauliefein I spent years looking for one this clean, so its definitely a bummer. My hope is that it goes to a good home and someone can enjoy this monster properly.
I see this car was just recently bought on C&B. You haven't even added 500 miles to it. I'm sorry you're selling it so quickly. I'm sure this was no east decision.

Please let me know if you would like to see anything specific and ill do my best to capture it. Happy bidding!
