This 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider presents a traditional combination of Rosso Corsa over a tan leather interior and comes factory-equipped with the highly desirable 6-speed gated manual transmission as well as Daytona-style seats, a carbon-fiber lower cabin zone, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, red-painted brake calipers, and upgraded 19" Challenge Stradale wheels. An unmistakable example of Ferrari’s craftmanship and motorsport heritage, this F430 Spider has been professionally maintained as part of a private collection and is now being offered for auction by its out of New York while showing under 6k miles on the odometer.
The F430 was an evolution of its predecessor, the 360 Modena, sharing an Alcoa Aluminum-designed space-frame chassis, but designed with improved aerodynamics including larger rear air intakes, pronounced elliptical front intakes in the front bumper, and a Formula-1 style front spoiler that channels air down the underbody. This F430 is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) with a Nero power-retractable soft top, optional red-painted brake calipers, and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. It rides on a set of upgraded factory 19" Challenge Stradale alloy wheels. Other equipment includes Xenon headlights, heated exterior mirrors, and quad exhaust outlets. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is upholstered in tan leather with matching door panels, carpeting, a black leather dashboard, and red deviated stitching. Optional Daytona-style seats feature power operation and Ferrari Cavallino logos embossed in the headrests. Optional carbon-fiber trim accents the center stack, air vents, center console, and door sills with stainless steel Ferrari kick plates. The driver is supplied with drilled aluminum pedals, a polished gated shifter, and a perforated leather three-spoke steering wheel with a red start/stop button and a Manettino switch. Additional features include a yellow-faced 10k-RPM tachometer, a drilled aluminum passenger footrest, and a plaque mounted to the passenger side dash celebrating Ferrari’s Formula 1 championship victories.
Beneath the clear polycarbonate engine cover lies a mid-mounted 32-valve quad-cam 4.3L V8 that generates 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a rare 6-speed manual transmission and an E-Diff active limited-slip differential that allows the F430 to reach 60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds, with a claimed top speed of almost 200 MPH. The F430 is the first model to include Ferrari’s E-Diff electronic differential, which evenly distributes torque to the rear wheels. The F430 was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with the Manettino dial, allowing for the driver to fine-tune the characteristics of the vehicle including traction control, throttle response, E-diff function, and the adaptable Skyhook electronic suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo molybdenum-enforced four-piston calipers with cross-drilled cast iron rotors and Bosch electronic ABS. All maintenance is said to have been kept up-to-date by an in-house mechanic. The CARFAX report indicates a manufacturer recall issued in September 2022 regarding the brake oil reservoir which has not yet been addressed.
This sale will include a clean title.

It's a beauty. I have a 2005. The same car in a spider, similar mileage.
Just love driving the stick.
Incredible car, I always get a thrill when I look inside a Ferrari F430 and see that Its a manual. Absolute classic, can't go wrong with this.
Very uncommon to see an F430 6speed manual with so many options. Usually they were lower option cars since the manual was considered the lesser option at the time. Oh how times have changed. This is an incredible car, and soooooo rare. As the dollar gets weaker the price of assets rise. What better way to protect your wealth than with a fun appreciating asset like the last Ferrari manual?
@5020love hello and thank you for the interest. The car does not currently have paint film installed. The finish is in exemplary condition with no major signs of wear.
Does this car have clear bra - are there any chips on the front or windshield regardless of how small
Thanks
Bid in the amount of $276,000
@CarBuyer5000 The exhaust manifolds have not been disturbed
The hardware seems to not have been touched and the patina on the components seem to match the mileage.
Have the headers been replaced on this car?
Bid in the amount of $275,000
Closest comp to this car (not many), is $480k at a Ferrari dealer in Florida with 3200 miles, but a 2006. Just to give me the dreamers a reference point on what these cars are worth.
Bid in the amount of $250,000
Love the Leather roll hoops. Sexy car with extras. OEM Stick is the ticket on this. GL
Bid in the amount of $210,000
@TASmycars This is a factory 6-speed car. Thank you for the interest!
Bid in the amount of $200,000
Is this from the factory a 6 speed manual or a conversion? Window sticker? Is this the original convertible top? Thanks
Bid in the amount of $123,456
Doesn't get any better than this in the Ferrari world. The last stick mid engine Ferrari will ever produce. Less Factory Gated 430 examples on the market than the holy grail Carrera GT... Let that sink in for a minute... These cars are very rare, owners tend to hold on them hence why you never see them for sale.
