We are pleased to present this 2007 Ferrari F430 finished in Grigio Silverstone Metallic over a black leather interior. Sought out for its impeccable condition and desirable factory options including Carboceramic brakes, Daytona Seats, Scuderia shields, and contrast stitching, this F430 was purchased by European Auto Group (EAG) of Texas in 2020 with the specific purpose of carrying out a 6-speed manual gearbox conversion. Specializing in these types of conversions, EAG utilized premium quality CNC billet aluminum components and upgrades resulting in what the seller describes as a tighter and more engaging feel compared with a factory 6-speed example. Routine service and repairs were carried out during the time of the conversion and a 4-year transmission warranty will be provided by EAG to the next owner. With just under 13k miles showing on the odometer, this remarkable F430 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of San Antonio, Texas.
This F430 is finished in Grigio Silverstone Metallic and features optional Scuderia fender shields as well as a carbon fiber rear grille and diffuser. Xpel paint protection film covers the front fenders, headlights, and bumper, and the seller notes minor road-going chips on the windshield and fenders. Additional photos are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. Designed by Pininfarina, the F430 derives styling elements from some of Ferrari’s most iconic cars including the Enzo and Testarossa. Optional yellow-painted brake calipers can be seen behind factory 19” split-spoke alloy wheels dressed in Michelin tires showing date codes from 2017.
Inside, the black leather interior features extensive contrast stitching and power-adjustable Daytona style seats. The cabin is noted to have been well preserved with only minor wear to the driver's seat bolster. Factory options listed on the $229,570 original window sticker include a leather-wrapped rear shelf and door moldings, a high-power hifi sound system with a subwoofer, and rear parking sensors. As part of the manual transmission conversion, EAG has installed an aluminum 6-speed shifter gate along with an upgraded carbon fiber shift knob.
This F430 is powered by a 4.3 L quad-cam 32-valve V8 engine paired with a 6-speed manual-converted gearbox featuring an E-Diff limited slip active differential. The seller notes that the manual conversion was carried out using high-quality pieces including a CNC billet aluminum 6061 shift tower assembly with upgraded nylon 12 CF internal components, a CNC billet aluminum reverse bushing, an upgraded clutch master cylinder, an upgraded clutch distribution block from Hill Engineering, a new clutch assembly, and rebuilt clutch release bearing. As much as 490 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels providing for a 0-60 of approximately 3.6 seconds and a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. This F430 features Ferrari’s Manettino steering wheel dial which allows the driver to easily adjust the characteristics of the throttle response, stability control, and electronic “Skyhook” suspension. The Carboceramic Brake System was also optioned at an additional cost of over $16,800 for superior stopping power.
The car is noted to have undergone a thorough inspection and service during the 6-speed conversion including new motor and transmission mounts, a new battery, spark plugs, and complete flushes of the engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and E-Differential fluid. All service is reportedly up to date and the car has covered approximately 100 miles since the 6-speed conversion. A 4-year warranty for the transmission will be provided to the next owner.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner's manuals, car cover, toolkit, and a clean title. Offering a beautiful facotry configuration and a high-end 6-speed converted gearbox, this F430 is not to be overlooked.

Was watching this one - what happened?
@curvesurfer The brake pads are 10MM at all 4 corners (Usually 11-12MM new from the factory) The rotors are in great condition, no hot spots and no surface separation. I have emailed photos to PCAR to post the measurements.
Videos of the car will also be uploaded shortly: Interior, Exterior, and Driving.
Is information available for wear on brake rotors and pads?
Do you hold the title in your name?
@curvesurfer we have built over 80 F430s /360s up to date. The first few were all OEM minus the clutch pedal. Every car after that had a mixture of OEM and our CNC components. This one is a mixture of OEM and Aftermarket parts.
Is this the first EAG conversion to use aftermarket parts?
First time on this site. Great car!
The prices on these just keep going up and up on factory and converted cars.
Hello everyone and thank you for joining our auction. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in the comments section. We will have videos of the car up in the next 1 - 2 days for your viewing pleasure.
@agt6381 there are no stickies present in the car and they were redone. Exhaust headers are GEN2, there are no signs of leaks, ticking on cold start or performance issues, all of the honeycombs inside of the cats are also intact. This vehicle was kept indoors and does not have any leather shrinkage. The airbag leather is also intact. Please refer to photo 90 of the dash taken from the passenger side.
Any stickies? Has the exhaust headers been replaced? Any dashboard shrinking?
