This BMW Z4 M Coupe is powered by a robust 3.2-liter S54 inline engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Production of the E85/E86 Z4 M model concluded in 2008, with only 1,815 coupe models sold in North America since its debut in 2006. Of those, this example is one of only 7 units finished in Monaco Blue Metallic over Light Sepang Bronze upholstery. It also comes equipped with extended Nappa leather, Madeira walnut interior trim, the Premium Package, power-adjustable sport seats, an aftermarket Stromung muffler, and more. Showing just under 65k miles on the odometer, this 2007 Z4 M Coupe is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
This Z4 M Coupe is one of only 36 examples to have been finished in Monaco Blue Metallic (A35) for the North American market. It also features an aluminum hood, rain-sensing wipers, xenon headlights with washers, and staggered-width 18” Style 224 wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires from 2015 and 2016. The seller notes the car sustained minor damage to the right rear and side fender but was subsequently repaired. Additionally, the exterior underwent professional paint correction and received Modesta ceramic coating in 2020. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features Light Sepang Bronze Nappa leather covering the power-adjustable M Sport Seats, door panels, and center console. Amenities include Madeira walnut trim, leather-wrapped M Sport multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, seat memory functions for the driver, automatic climate control, auto-dimming mirrors, and HiFi radio with a BMW Business CD player. All gauges and electronics are reported to be working properly.
A naturally aspirated 3.2-liter S54 inline engine generates as much as 330 HP and 262 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller notes a Stromung muffler has been added, and the car underwent a Service 2 maintenance by a BMW dealer at approximately 62k miles which included a valve adjustment, replacement of spark plugs, timing chain tensioner, cooling and brake system flush, engine and differential oil change, and a four-wheel alignment. Brake service was also conducted with new pads and rear rotors. The power steering system was flushed, and a leaking power steering hose was replaced. A Blackstone Labs oil analysis was also completed in 2021.
This sale will include the owner’s manual, an air pump, a car cover, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for the time and interest in my auction. I have owned this car for nearly 4 years and store it in a climate-controlled shop with the rest of my collection. I have never tracked the car or abused it. All maintenance is current and the car is a joy to drive. This 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe is exceedingly rare being one of just three examples finished in Monaco Blue Metallic over a Light Sepang Bronze extended Nappa leather interior with Madeira walnut interior trim. It also does not have a problematic BMW dash navigation system. The tires have many miles of life left on them. Power is from the legendary 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine rated at 338 horsepower as in the BMW M3. It sings through the aftermarket Stromung mufflers, otherwise, it is completely stock.”

@optimus yes tires are from late 2015. The major service was conducted in 2022. It has needed nothing else in the interim. I likely won’t get home in time for additional photos, but don’t recall any significant rock chips or blemishes except for a small star chip in the windshield.

Hi @hunn23,
As far as I can tell, tires are from 2015, can you please confirm?
What year was the major service conducted (the one that was mentioned around 62k miles)? Can you share any minor/major maintenance done since then?
Do you have any close-up pictures you can share for any rock chips/blemishes?
Thanks!
Thanks again for considering bidding on this marvelous car . It would make a great holiday present for you or yours!

@emeegee13 please read our terms, you cannot ask the reserve for very good reason. Many lose cars by doing this.
@emeegee13 The reserve price is sensibly set for this type of car. If you are interested, please consider bidding what you think this beautiful and rare machine is worth to you. I invite you to ask any questions you might have about it or clarifications you may need to help inform your position.
@hunn23 What is the reserve price?
Bid in the amount of $250
@wbd @155MPH I completely agree with you and I also have never used the cupholders for the same reason. I have a P car of the same generation and when given the choice between the two I would grab the key to the M Coupe. Very special machine.
@wdb. I agree. I had the M Roadsrer version. And I added the stromong mufflers which made it sound incredible with no drone at highway speed. Very special cars.
@155MPH I hear you. I never used my cupholders having been pre-warned about them. Hardly even opened them for that matter!
I had two Z4 coupes, a 3.0si and Z4MC like this one. At the same time even. The M cars are extraordinary and I continue to boggle at how relatively cheap they are. In terms of performance they are every bit of a 996 or 997 unless you're talking GT3 etc. The steering is sublime, the engine is a rev-happy, joyous-noise-making wonder, and the reliability puts P cars of that generation to shame. I absolutely loved my time with both.
The steering rack (and brakes!) by the way are from the E46 M3 CSL. Like I said; special cars.
Except for the cup holders, this is a great car.
Welcome to my auction of this rare and beautiful Z4 M Coupe. I am here to answer all questions to the best of my ability. Of all the cars I've owned, this one has the best balance of power, handling, brakes and style. The color is stunning and the car is a joy to drive. It is ready for the next caretaker!
