The second-generation BMW 6-Series (E63/E64) was introduced in 2003 featuring bold new styling and lightweight bodywork. This 2007 BMW 650i Convertible comes finished in Silver Grey Metallic over a Chateau Red Dakota Leather interior and is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.8-liter V8 engine. It was factory equipped with the iDrive system, adaptive xenon headlights, a leather sports steering wheel, Fine Wood Trim, a head-up display, Comfort Access, and a 6-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. This E64 was acquired by the current owner in June 2021 and is now being offered for auction out of North Carolina while showing approximately 75k miles on the odometer.
The second-generation 6-Series features lightweight aluminum door panels as well as front fenders and a trunk lid made from carbon-reinforced plastic. This example is finished in Silver Grey Metallic with a grey convertible top and aftermarket red brake caliper covers. Equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights, dual polished exhaust outlets, chrome front kidney grilles, and factory 18” Style 120 wheels dressed in Goodyear tires (1918). The seller indicates some paintwork may have been completed on the right front end following a minor accident under prior ownership, and some minor imperfections are present throughout the exterior. A misaligned body seam is also noted between the right front fascia and the fender. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing minor damage in 2014.
The cabin features Chateau Red Dakota Leather upholstery with matching carpets and Dark Birch Fine Wood Trim. Amenities include heated power front seats with memory and lumbar support, the optional Comfort Access System, illuminated door sills, a heated leather sports steering wheel, Park Distance Control (PDC), automatic climate control, a head-up display, and iDrive with navigation. The seller indicates the passenger seat occupancy and buckle sensor have failed and has been remedied with the installation of a seat mat emulator. A warning chime is present when the passenger seatbelt is unbuckled. All other gauges and accessories are said to be working properly.
This 650i is powered by a 4.8-liter DOHC V8 N62 engine with double-VANOS variable valve timing and an output of up to 362 HP and 361 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed Steptronic automatic transmission with sport & manual shift modes. Standard features include active roll stabilization (ARS), 4-wheel vented disc brakes, and an aluminum sport suspension. The CARFAX report shows 11 service history records dating back to 2009.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for visiting my auction. I have owned this car for a little over 2 years. It is quick and a blast to drive on the mountain roads near me. But need garage space so it needs to go. It shows well but has nicks, etc. that you would expect from a 16-year-old car that has been driven and enjoyed. It has been well maintained, while I owned it, by my local BMW dealer. When tested by Car and Driver they said it 'put the S in sporty for its weight'. It is a fun sports car, with more room and comfort than a 3-series.”

@atdds No significant body or paint work. I did scrap the lower right from on the facia on a curb and had that touched up. The top is in very good shape; and goes up and down as it should.
Yes, if you scroll down thru the photos thumbnail size on the right side of the auction, you will see it there at the end.
Do you happen to have a carfax? Any body or paint work? What is the condition of soft top? Thank you
