@BR356 Thanks for your interest in my Carrera S and for the thoughtful questions. The oil and filter have been checked regularly and have consistently been found to be clean. Based on these inspections, a bore scope was not deemed necessary at this time.
In June 2024, the PCV (oil separator) valve was replaced, along with the ignition coil on cylinder #1. During that service, the spark plugs were inspected and found to be in good condition.
For additional context, the car has been driven about 18,000 miles over the past seven years, and it has always been used conservatively — never at high speeds or high RPMs.
