This 2006 Porsche 997 Carrera Coupe was originally delivered in Spain, and was imported to the United States in November of 2010. It was ordered in Carrera White over a Sand Beige leather interior and was optioned with a multifunction steering wheel, ParkAssist sensors, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, the Vehicle Tracking System, and the Makassar Wood Package including Makassar door finishers. Remaining under the care of its original owner, this Carrera shows just 22,843 miles on the odometer and is being offered at auction by the seller based out of Texas.
The exterior is finished in Carrara White (B9A) and features fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a speed-activated rear spoiler, black brake calipers with white Porsche script, and twin polished exhaust outlets. The seller reports the front bumper has been refinished due to road-going wear, as well as the driver’s door to remove a ding that could not be taken out via paintless dent removal. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The 18” silver five-spoke wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires displaying date codes from 2016.
The interior features Sand Beige leather upholstery, accented by Makassar wood trim on the steering wheel, shift knob, and door pulls. Amenities include an optional multifunction steering wheel, ParkAssist sensors, PCM with navigation, and the Porsche Vehicle Tracking System, as well as height-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, remote keyless entry, and heated side mirrors.
The naturally aspirated 3.6L flat-six engine produces up to 325 HP and drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Performance features include multi-piston brake calipers with cross-drilled and vented rotors, Porsche Stability Management (PSM), an automatic brake differential (ABD), and Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR). This Carrera passed a Texas inspection in January of 2022, and detailed maintenance invoices are available in the gallery.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.

Yeah it’s past my comfortable spot with no ppi. That’s what I stated earlier about being able to take it to my guy in Porter Texas to look at it. Good luck with the auction.

We are nearing the end of the auction and I just would like to say thanks for the comments and bids , if someone winds up with this car they will be getting a very well cared for car that runs and drives fantastically

I bought a turbo here a month and a half ago, I wasn’t trying to being unethical, I was just saying that if the car doesn’t sell I maybe interested but with a proper ppi, more and more bore scoring cases. A Rabi engine rebuilt is more than $30k and not available until 2024. Sorry if I said something improper.
@luis.seneriz asking a seller to talk if the car doesn't meet reserve is not the type of ethics that we would like to see on the site. We can say with confidence that this 911 will sell here today through auction so best to bid if you do not want to lose it. Best of luck to all.
Has the engine been boroscoped?? Looks like a really interesting car. I live in the area but I’m currently in Florida would have loved to see the car and had my mechanic out of Porter do a PPI. Maybe we can talk if it doesn’t reach your reserve. I’ll be watching it today.
@Lambogas thanks!
@RedBoxCar .... The milage is stored in the ECM and the cluster is just a display ..... the odometer is correct
@Russbaribault .... Correct , no sun roof ...... it does have a alcantara headliner
@Mongoosedoc .... No sir
@Lambogas (seller) can you reveal the total milage including the km on the car before the instrument cluster was replaced as part of the USA Certification conversion (photo #70} Thanks, love the color combo but not crazy about the wood trim if it's not real wood, but to each their own and not a reason for me to kick it out of bed at the right price. LOVE 997's.
Looks like car doesn’t have sunroof? Weird you can get sunroof delete in Europe and not in USA
Heated seats?

Yes, This 911 Carrera is a Euro spec car delivered new out of Spain from Porsche Centro Mallorca. Current miles are 22,836 You can change the settings in the dash for the digital speed readout to represent KM or Miles. Carfax states that when this 911 came in to the states that "vehicle imported and declared to meet US highway safety specifications." This 911 had knee bolster installed, OBD2 harness to be able to install the ON/OFF pass side airbag switch, along with an instrument cluster to have the analogue gauges show MPH. This is a very nice, clean, non smoker Porsche. Good luck with the bidding!
@DMBuyer, the listing clearly states "Remaining under the care of its original owner". That seems pretty unambiguous to me. What am I missing?
I would be interested if this is a US-spec or Euro-spec (it could be US-spec if purchased through a diplomatic program, or by a military program, e.g. by a Naval officer deployed to Rota), and if Euro-spec, the Customs paperwork / waiver.

How many owners?
Have you been the sole owner ?
A one owner car?
What has been changed for the import to the US? Headlights, rear bumper pads and...? You are stating miles and the orgional euro spec would be KMS. Please comment.
