Introduced at the 2006 Los Angeles Auto Show, the Gallardo Spyder features a retractable soft-top to fully immerse the driver in the sound of its naturally aspirated V10 engine. This launch-year Gallardo Spyder features a Giallo Midas finish, a black leather interior with yellow contrast stitching, and a desirable 6-speed gated manual transmission. This example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Canada while showing just over 20k miles on the odometer.
A radical design conceptualized by Fabrizio Giugiaro at Italdesign and finished off by Luc Donckerwolke who was also responsible for the Lamborghini Murcielago, the Gallardo boasts a sleek wedge-shaped profile. Details include sharp, angular body lines along with several prominent air intakes, an electronic rear spoiler, and a vented engine cover. This example wears a Giallo Midas finish contrasted with a black power-operated convertible top. Yellow-finished brake calipers are set behind silver-finished 19” Gallardo Callisto wheels dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires from 2018. The seller notes paint imperfections on the driver’s side door handle and under the driver’s side headlight. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report.
The cabin presents black leather upholstery with yellow contrast stitching, spanning the seats, dashboard, center console, and door panels. Equipment includes seat heating, dual-zone automatic climate control, a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, and a gated shifter. The touchscreen head unit offers navigation and is paired with a 6-six CD changer is located in the front luggage compartment. The seller notes minor signs of wear are present.
This Gallardo Spyder is powered by an even-firing 5.0-liter V10 engine that sends up to 520 HP and 376 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed Graziano manual transmission. The aluminum spaceframe chassis incorporates Brembo brakes and cross-drilled floating rotors, double-wishbone front and rear suspension, and permanent 4WD with a viscous traction system. The seller has included documentation from a multi-point pre-purchase inspection carried out on June 14, 2023, as shown in the gallery.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and a toolkit.

Finally - some bidding action!
Yes, this car was certainly on BaT with a rather poor presentation but at this price point, definitely worth bidding.
If I hadn't purchased a car yesterday I would definitely be in the hunt. As it is I am so tempted...but watching from the sidelines.

Carfax report from British Columbia lists under its Accident/Damage section a $35,497 comprehensive insurance claim in July 2012
We do not have an invoice for the car being re-wired or have any knowledge of it having any issues.
wiring repair for 27k. Was the entire car re-wired? is there a reasonable explanation for this?
$2500 for duties and $1500 import fee

@Carmix what’s the extra fee for getting a Michigan title ?
Hi Carmix (seller),
Can you offer any more reassurance on this car than your last statement? That was not enough to give me confidence on bidding.
Thank You
Under our own ship this vehicle did not run on BAT. We have owned this car twice now, once early last year and now. We do not have any records on wiring repairs. We did get the driver seat working, it was a loose wire.
@Nova0218 please read the entire thread as to not make damaging comments that can potentially be untrue. We have requested that the seller chime in to provide some certainty here.
@Nova0218 Comment from “other listing site unnamed”. So yes it seems so.

I own the exact same Gallardo spider in balloon white. This manual is a collectors items and looks better than any late model Huracan and with the manual one unique and really connected to the road. The lucky buyer will have a blast and simple modifications really really wake it up. For example convert to rear wheel drive Remove front diff . Did on my car. I also own www.fabspeed.com and can wake it up emissions legal performance .
Is this the same car that ran on BAT with undisclosed accident damage? Can you upload a Canadian carfax?

We can help obtain a Michigan title for an extra fee plus import cost.
We can also assist with a transport permit so you can drive it over yourself
Can you share thoughts on how to import to the US?
