Finished in Grigio Titanio over Blu Scruo leather, this 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider is equipped with a naturally aspirated V8 engine sending power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed F1 automated manual transaxle. It also features optional Daytona-style sport seats, carbon fiber interior trim, a red tachometer dial, Scuderia fender shields, and silver-painted brake calipers. This Ferrari has been maintained in private collections by three previous owners and benefits from a major service completed at Grand Prix Motors in 2022 including new cam cover gaskets and seals, spark plugs, motor mounts, a complete gearbox service, and more. This F430 is now being offered for auction out of California with approximately 24k miles showing on the odometer.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork of the F430 is characterized by prominent air intakes, a transparent engine cover, classic round taillights, an F1-inspired rear diffuser, and quad exhaust tips. This Spider is finished in Grigio Titanio and features Scuderia front fender shields, leather-wrapped roll hoops, silver brake calipers, and factory 19” 5-double-spoke wheels. The seller notes a new dark blue convertible top was installed in 2023 along with new Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires. The front bumper is said to have been previously refinished to address rock chips and is currently preserved under a layer of clear paint protection film along with the hood. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Blu Scuro leather upholstery including matching carpets, carbon fiber trim, optional Daytona-style sport seats, and a red tachometer dial. Other accessories include power seats and windows, embossed headrests, automatic climate control, aluminum pedals and footrest, brushed aluminum door sills, a Ferrari CD stereo, WeatherTech rubber floor liners, and a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters, an engine start button, and the Manettino drive mode selector. All gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter quad-cam 32-valve V8 engine with a flat-plane crankshaft. Up to 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque are delivered to the rear wheels through a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox. An E-Diff active limited-slip differential comes standard along with adaptive suspension and carbon ceramic brakes. A major service was completed by a specialist at Grand Prix Motors in February 2022 including new spark plugs and seals, new cam cover gaskets and seals, resurfaced/repaired exhaust manifolds and new gaskets, new motor mounts, a rear crank seal, a new drive belt, a brake fluid and coolant flush, new filters, and a complete gearbox service with a new clutch assembly, a reconditioned flywheel, a new pilot bearing, and resealed clutch flange. Another annual service was completed in August 2023.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, an air pump, a car cover, a battery charger, some documentation, and a clean title.

Detailed Repair Orders attached, no expenses were spared.
@gpmotors I just happened to be looking through all the photos etc. when you asked your question about the headers / manifolds and at the end the write up from 2021 looks like the exhaust manifolds were taken off and repaired and reinstalled while the rest of the maintenance was done. Just thought I would point it out.
Paint meter readings?
have the headers been replaced recently? inspected for cracks?
from records it looks like the clutch was done at 20k? can seller confirm?
