Ferrari’s flagship sports car from 2005-2010, the F430 combines Pininfarina-designed bodywork with F1-derived technology and a flat-plane crank V8 producing over 480 HP. This 2006 Spider was originally delivered by Ferrari of Silicon Valley, California, and according to the seller and Ferrari Registry is the only reported 6-speed in this color combination. It comes finished in Dark Blue over a matching leather interior with Daytona-style seats. The car also showcases a gated 6-speed manual transmission, Challenge-style wheels, additional leather upholstery, colored stitching, and factory custom seat piping. Supported by a history of routine service and accompanied by the original Ferrari VIP customer’s booklet, this F430 is now being offered for auction showing under 3k miles on the odometer.
The F430’s bodywork is paired with an Alcoa aluminum chassis and includes distinctive “Shark Nose” air inlets, a transparent engine cover, quad exhaust outlets, and an F1-derived rear diffuser. This Spider is finished in Dark Blue (Mirabeau) and includes optional aluminum-colored brake calipers as well as a leather-trimmed roll bar and 19” Challenge-style wheels. The seller describes the car to have been preserved in excellent overall condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Dark Blue leather including an optional colored dashboard, colored stitching, and Daytona-style seats with special-order piping. Additional leather trim extends to the rear shelf and door moldings. Other options include a High-Power HiFi sound system with a subwoofer, a 6-disc CD changer, electrically operated seats, and a Bluetooth device for mobile phones.
The F430’s naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 quad-cam engine includes produces up to 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission with a traditional gated shifter. Equipped with a variable E-Differ electronic differential, the Spider accelerates from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. The F430 was the first Ferrari to be equipped with the Manettino dial, allowing for the driver to fine-tune the characteristics of the vehicle including traction control, throttle response, E-diff function, and the adaptable Skyhook electronic suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo molybdenum-enforced four-piston calipers with cross-drilled cast iron rotors and Bosch electronic ABS. The seller states routine maintenance has been observed including annual services.

@ace_pilot To be honest, a factory gated 430 is not typically any ones first Ferrari. Those who have had them typically appreciate them more, know what they are and will pay the premium.
As rare as the blue is, most first time Ferrari buyers still prefers red. This is a car for people who knows what they have. Unfortunately for me, there's too many eyes on this car already.

Same seller just sold a 6k spider for $350k a few weeks ago, double the miles of this one in red. This blue is something else.
Let's see how your prediction of this car reaching $500K "easy" works out.

@JDCar599 Not many comps for these cars because of how rare they are. I am a huge enthusiast of these cars because I truly believe they are the most undervalued/unappreciated Ferrari's available. I disagree, listed price gives you an idea of what someone thinks its worth, they don't just come up with a number out of the air. On top of it all, could care less about your opinion :)
Hot Car! I have the same in Red/Tan. This should be a good one!
PorscheGuy32, your comments during this auction make it difficult to believe that you are just an objective third party. A "listed" price means absolutely nothing......it has not sold for $480K.
Factory gated coupe with 25k miles just sold for $250k on BAT... With this rare spec/mileage this should break some records. Again, the only other comp with these miles is at Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale asking $480k.

@CorsaCollections actually just checked and I do have the VIN for the Blue Mirabeau 2007 coupe (ZFFEW58A470155841), last seen for sale in 2014 with 12,800 miles… I just did not have full confirmation it was Mirabeau blue (as opposed to TDF) until now… very happy now that we know there is 1 Mirabeau blue Coupe and 1 Mirabeau blue Spider out of the 241 total cars documented in my registry of factory 6 speed F430 for North American Market. Very cool

@vance911 you don’t have that VIN??? Slacking buddy….lol
Bid in the amount of $260,000
@freshair1. I am sure that is one of your biggest regrets selling that car, especially how these cars have skyrocketed and will only continue to appreciate. If you have the $$, I don't see any better investment...
@freshair1 very interesting! Thank you for letting me know. Do you have the VIN you can share by chance?
@Vance911 I owned a 2007 berlinetta in mirabeau over couoi with a manual transmission. Purchased from Lamborghini of Ft. lauderdale in 2011 and sold in 2013. I believe the car is currently in Raleigh, NC.
Bid in the amount of $250,000
This F430 Spider, chassis #145650, is one of 241 cars currently documented in my registry of factory 6-speed F430 produced for North American market. (This includes all model years 2005-2009, both coupes and spiders.) Of those 241 total documented cars, this is the only example in Blue Mirabeau!
This is an extraordinary car. Bid with confidence knowing you are getting an absolute gem.
Best of luck to all!
Bid in the amount of $205,000
I’m a Daytona owner and was at ‘The Factory’ in 2007 and saw these being built only one manual on the line , very rare! And this car is so meticulously cared for ( even under carriage) and color combo to die for..just a beautiful 430…new owner should be thrilled and i just don’t think one could pay too much…
This might be beyond rare.

@Flat6fan this is as it left from the factory. Thank you for your interest
Bid in the amount of $200,000
Is this a factory manual transmission or a conversion?
Only comparable to this one is a red one for $480k with a few hundred more miles located at a dealer in Florida. With the rare color/spec this should clear $500k easy.
