We are pleased to offer this 2006 Ferrari F430 Berlinetta 6-Speed finished in Black over a Crema leather interior. Equipped with Daytona seats and a 6-speed gated shifter connecting you to a mid-mounted 4.3L V8 engine, this highly sought-after 2006 example marks one of the few F430’s to have been built with a manual gearbox. Some tasteful upgrades have also been equipped including a Capristo exhaust manifold and an integrated K40 radar detector system. Having undergone a full service less than 800 miles ago, this F430 is now being offered for auction by its seller in Florida while showing approximately 27k miles on the odometer.
Ferrari’s heritage can be seen throughout the F430 including its basic shape which was derived from the 360 Modena, its taillights borrowed from the Enzo, its mirrors which were styled after those from the Testarossa, and of course the traditional Scuderia shields located on each fender. Some other distinct features include a large F1-inspired rear diffuser and a vented glass rear lid housing the V8 engine.
The Black paint on this Berlinetta is said to be in very good condition with minimal road-going wear. The passenger side headlight seal is said to have been compromised resulting in occasional fogging and some minor scrapes on the lower rocker panels are said to have been repaired. The windows, side markers, and taillights have been tinted and the factory 19” split-spoke alloy wheels have been custom powder coated in a dark satin finish. New Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires have also been mounted within the last 1,700 miles.
Inside, the Crema leather interior features highly desirable Daytona seats, optional carbon-fiber trim, and a gated shifter with a polished aluminum knob. The cabin is reported to have been kept in excellent condition and the seller indicates that the plastic trim pieces have been refurbished, the seat edges have been professionally redyed, and the headliner has been replaced with a new genuine part. An integrated K40 radar detector and laser jammer system has also been installed along with an aftermarket Alpine stereo. The subwoofer is said to have stopped working and 2 other speakers in the car are reported to be in need of replacement. All other accessories and electronics are said to be in good working order.
This F430 is powered by a 4.3 L quad-cam 32-valve V8 engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox featuring an E-Diff limited slip active differential. Over 480 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels providing for a 0-60 of approximately 3.6 seconds and a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. This F430 also features Ferrari’s Manettino steering wheel dial which allows the driver to easily adjust the characteristics of the throttle response, stability control, and active electronic “Skyhook” suspension. An upgraded Capristo exhaust manifold has been installed and the seller reports that transmission and clutch were completely replaced at 11,424 miles under previous ownership. A full service was carried out by Ferrari Maserati of West Palm Beach within the last 800 miles and this F430 is said to be in fantastic running order.
This sale will include a set of 2 keys, the original books, tools, air compressor and flashlight, 2 custom-fit car covers, a battery trickle charger, and a clean title. One of the last gated manual Ferrari’s to have been offered, this F430 is an absolute treasure for any passionate enthusiast.

@993David Hi again. The cream color is the same throughout. No difference in any area of the car as it’s the same hand made Ferrari material for everything so it’s not darker or lighter in any area. The pics represent the actual color well. Hope that answers your question. Happy to supply more pics or answers if not. Thanks.
@Billy1 Thanks for the response. I didn’t think there was any fading but wanted to know which color was more indicative. The same color can look different depending on the light source. Is the actual color more like the door or seat. I understand they are the same but in that picture which is the actual color?
@993David Yes Capristo manifolds but the rest is OEM factory Ferrari. Sounds like a beast and so good!
The passenger side headlight seal failed so the light either needs to be replaced for approx. $3k or resealed/refurbished and better than new for approx. $1,500 by a specialty company in California that I have already talked to. I can provide that info if you'd like to see it.
@993David Hi, color is consistent and the same light crema color throughout. The pictures may not show that but rest assured its all the same with no fade. The car has the Daytona seat upgrade so its much lighter and in my opinion much better than most Ferraris that have the much darker tan standard interior color.
@WheelGenius Good morning,
1. Any other major mechanical or warranty services performed not listed on the Carfax?
Every Ferrari planned service and warranty campaign has been performed. Its been at a dealership for service 95% of its life and I have the records to show that.
2. Any minor body or paintwork that you know of not listed on Carfax?
I had some touch up performed to the drivers side lower side skirt and the lower front bumper lip from normal wear and tear to keep her pristine but that's it.
3. When were tires installed? What are the service dates?
Tires were installed in 2017 and have approx. 2,000 miles on them.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy to supply.
Thanks.

Also, you mentioned the manifolds were replaced with capristo but it looks like the factory muffler. I just wanted to confirm that was the case and second the previous question about paintwork. Is the foggy headlight passenger side?
Hi, can you comment on the interior color? In picture #22 the door looks like a lighter tan and the seat looks off white. Crema makes me think off white but could you confirm?
@Billy1, a few more questions please...

+1 thank you the prompt and clear responses
@Billy1 thanks for the info!
@WheelGenius Hi, the wheels are OEM factory wheels that I had painted. In great shape as well.
Billy1, also a question about the wheels. Are they the factory wheels that were powdercoated or painted? or are they aftermarket wheels that came in that finish? Thanks!
@WheelGenius Sure here you go.

Billy1, thank you for the prompt reponses! Can you post a picture of the service record for trans and clutch replacement from '09? Thank you!
@Robotikibeastman Hi,
I do not have the original sticker but did call a dealer who said to call the selling dealer but it’s prob not possible. I left them a message so will try. Good suggestion thank you.
The interior switches we all refurbished or replaced due to the exterior film wearing off making them all sticky. Common problem. Looks brand new now. No issues with any of them.
Scuderia shields are OEM from the factory.
Yes, the original factory stereo head unit is included and is in perfect working condition.
The taillights and side markers are painted I did not use a film. They do look great and all match.
The exhaust manifolds were replaced about 3 years ago with capristos and include the heat shields.
Let me know if you need any other info. Car is in great shape.
@Robotikibeastman will provide you a copy as the owner* :)
Hi there, a few questions:
Do you have a the original window sticker or a copy (I've read that dealers will provide you a digital one as the other)?
Noted the refurbishment of interior trim: was that to address stickies? Any issues with sticky switch gear?
Were the Scuderia shields applied at the factory or after the fact? (If after, are the genuine or aftermarket)
Is the original head unit included?
Is the tinting on the taillights a film or different taillights (I admit they look great, but would like the option to remove)
Have the exhaust manifolds been replaced?
Thank you!
Bid in the amount of $85,000
@WheelGenius Thanks! It really is a great car.
Not sure where you are seeing the F1 gear box. This car was factory built with a 6 speed manual gate shift. The trans replacement was due to an issue and covered under warranty with the original owner. Full service records show that too.
Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
Beautiful example and great to have records! I want to clarify this was built with the F1 gearbox and later uplifted with the gated manual? The description indicates it was built as a manual but my VIN report indicates it was built as an automatic. Can you clarify that? I'm guessing that would have been part of the trans replacement? Thanks.

To all potential buyers, I have extensive service records starting from original purchase scanned and ready to go organized by date and a Dropbox link set up so all my answers to your questions will be easily backed up by 99% certified Ferrari dealers.

@ap Good morning.
I'm not aware of the exhaust hangers being replaced but the service was done by a Ferrari dealer so if its standard then I'm sure it was done. They did replace the engine mounts as part of that process.
Trans was replaced by the original owner at Ferrari of Atlanta with 11,4245 miles on it in April 2009 due to transmission grinding. Clutch was replaced at the same time. I have all the service records for this.
I have almost every single record for the car since it was bought by original owner. Very complete.
I see the exhaust manifolds have been replaced, how about the exhaust hangers?
Why was the transmission replaced? Is there documentation around that?
How complete is the service history included with the car?
Thanks!
