We are pleased to present this rare 2006 BMW E53 X5 4.8is finished in Titan Silver Metallic. Offered as the top-of-the line version of BMW’s X5 SUV, this 4.8is features self-leveling air suspension, a luxurious Nappa leather interior and a panoramic glass roof as well as a powerful 4.8 L V8 engine. Reported to be in very nice condition while showing just under 40k miles on the odometer, this top-range E53 is now being offered by its seller in California accompanied by a clean title and original books.
Finished in Titan Silver Metallic, this paint on this X5 is said to be in great overall condition (detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings). This performance oriented X5 is distinguished by aggressive styling cues including fender flare extensions, side skirts, black roof rails and a painted rear valence situated below the exhaust tips. Other features include a split-folding liftgate with roof spoiler, adaptive Xenon headlights and factory BMW Style 168 wheels which come dressed in new Continental Sport Plus tires.
The cabin is upholstered in luxurious black Nappa leather with Graphite Metallic trim and Anthracite headliner surrounding the full panoramic glass roof. Amenities include comfort seats with heating, memory and adjustable backrests, a rearview mirror with digital compass, rear sunshades, Parking Distance Control (PDC), headlight cleaning system and a multifunction steering wheel in leather. The interior is reported to be in excellent shape aside from some minor chips on the plastic steering wheel trim. An aftermarket double-din head unit is installed, and the seller has confirmed all gauges and accessories to be fully functional.
As the flagship X5 variant, this E53 is equipped with a robust 4.8 L N62 V8 engine which sends 355 HP and 360 lb.-ft of torque to all 4 wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission. This 4.8is also features a self-levelling air suspension which is configured with performance-oriented settings. All routine maintenance is said to be up to date including scheduled service through an authorized BMW dealership. Some service records are included, and this BMW is said to be in fantastic driving condition.

It looks like really clean sample, have not seen E53 X5's like this one here.
Similar 4.8is X5 has been sold on BAT for $26750 earlier this year and another one for sale by Premium Classics with 39K kilometers for $44K.
