Throughout 2003 to 2006, BMW offered the Performance Package (ZHP) for the E46 330i including upgraded shocks, springs, lower control arms, sway bars, and more aggressive camshafts as well as special Alcantara interior trim and an M Tech 2 aerodynamic kit for the exterior. This final year 330Ci Convertible example comes finished in Monaco Blue Metallic over Hellbeige Montana leather upholstery and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with less than 34k miles on the odometer.
This 330i comes finished in Monaco Blue Metallic with a matching convertible soft top, ZHP-specific bumper covers and side skirts, dual exhaust tips, fog lamps, and LED taillights. It rides on distinctive 18” M-badged BMW Style 135 wheels mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season tires from 2020 and 2021. Minor signs of road wear are noted along with some scratches on the wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing a damage report in November 2006 and August 2015.
The cabin is upholstered in Hellbeige Montana leather with ZHP-specific Aluminum Black Cube trim, an Anthracite headliner, a perforated leather-wrapped multifunction M-Sport steering wheel, a weighted ZHP shift knob, and orange instrument needles as opposed to the standard white color. Other features include power-adjustable and heated sport seats with lumbar support, automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, rain sensor, and Harmon-Kardon Sound System. The seller notes some creasing and wear on the driver’s seat bolsters, although all gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to be working properly.
The 330Ci is equipped with a 3.0-liter M54 inline six-cylinder engine, featuring double-VANOS variable valve timing and more aggressive camshafts and ECU tuning included with the ZHP package. The 6-speed manual transmission benefits from a shortened ZHP gear ratio and sends as much as 235 HP and 222 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels, an increase of 10 HP and 8 lb.-ft of torque over the standard 330Ci. The ZHP package also equips a specialized suspension with sport-tuned shocks, springs, lower control arms, and anti-roll bars, as well as a unique lightweight underbody cross brace and a linear steering rack with a stiffer torsion bar. The CARFAX report shows a total of 23 service history entries, including an oil & filter change in November 2023, along with the brake fluid flushed and a safety inspection performed in December 2023. The seller adds that maintenance in January 2023 has included the power steering fluid flushed/changed, the transmission & rear differential serviced, and the spark plugs replaced.
This sale will include a clean title, two leys, and owner’s manuals.

@973marty Hi @973marty,
We've gone over the vehicle meticulously, and found no evidence of body or paintwork. From what we can speculate, it must have been a minor incident.
What was the damage in 2006? The carfax is missing the information.
