Aston Martin’s flagship grand touring car from 2001 until 2007, the Vanquish features an aluminum composite chassis with a carbon fiber backbone that supports a naturally aspirated 5.9-liter V12 engine. This 2005 example is one of only 1,086 “S” models produced, boasting a more powerful engine, sportier handling, and revised styling compared to the standard Vanquish. It comes finished in silver over black leather upholstery and equipped with a 6-speed automated manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, 19” 11-spoke alloy wheels, heated and power-adjustable seats, rear parking sensors, a navigation system, automatic climate control, push-button ignition, and a trunk-mounted umbrella. Originally registered in California, the car was imported to Canada in 2008 and returned to the U.S. in 2025. This Aston Martin is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey with approximately 13k miles showing on the odometer.
Designed by Ian Callum, the car’s bodywork showcases traditional Aston Martin styling cues, including straked fender vents, hood vents, and a distinctive front grille shape. The Vanquish S can be distinguished from the standard model by its front splitter, larger grille, and raised boot lid with a larger integrated spoiler. This example is finished in silver and equipped with fog lights, power mirrors, a chrome fuel cap, rear parking sensors, polished dual exhaust outlets, and 19” 11-spoke alloy wheels. Rated at 520 HP and 425 lb-ft of torque, the 5.9-liter V12 engine in the Vanquish S features revised cylinder heads, fuel injectors, and tuning compared to a standard Vanquish. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed automated-manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
