Acquired from West Kentucky Surplus (WKS) in April of 2022, this 2006 AM General M1152A2 HMMWV or Humvee comes equipped with a 6.5L turbodiesel engine, factory air conditioning, and a host of newly installed accessories. Fully serviced, refinished, and reupholstered, this custom Humvee is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Illinois showing just over 8k miles on the odometer.
The accompanying invoice from WKS shows instructions to completely refinish the vehicle including new OEM front glass, seals, reflectors, latches, and CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating). New black powder-coated heavy-duty rock sliders were installed along with a matching military front brush guard and 52” LED light bar. The vehicle rides on new gunmetal gray 17”x9.5” Black Rhino Armory wheels mounted with 40” Fuel tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin has been stripped, painted, and reassembled with a set of four high-back tan vinyl seats and a matching rear bench in the center. Additions include an ignition kill switch, new safety belts, and a three-spoke Grant steering wheel.
The M1152 HMMWV features a General Engine Products (GEP) 6.5L turbodiesel V8 producing up to 190 HP and 380 lb.-ft of torque. The drivetrain includes a 4-speed automatic transmission coupled with a 2-speed transfer case propelling all four wheels. A service completed by WKS in April of 2022 included the installation of a new fuel/water separator along with new batteries, a fuel system flush, lubrication, and fluid top-off.
This sale will include a clean title.
