The range-topping version of the 2005 Porsche Cayenne, the Turbo model features a 450 HP twin-turbocharged V8 engine, a locking center differential, and height-adjustable air suspension. This example comes finished in Basalt Black Metallic over Sand Beige Smooth Leather upholstery and was factory equipped with optional 20” Sport Techno wheels, the Exterior Package in Black, a Compass Display, a moonroof, and Custom Tailoring. It was acquired by the current owner about 2 years ago and has been modified as a tribute to the limited-edition Cayenne Transsyberia with orange vinyl graphics, painted wheels, auxiliary driving lights, a front skid plate, and BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. A lifelong West Coast car, this Cayenne Turbo was previously sold on PCARMARKET and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon while showing approximately 127k miles on the odometer.
Compared to an entry-level Cayenne, the Turbo version is recognizable by its front bumper with larger air intakes as well as its more aggressive dual power dome hood, quad exhaust outlets, and red-painted brake calipers. This example comes finished in Basalt Black Metallic with the optional Exterior Package in Black. It has been customized with removable orange vinyl graphics along with a Eurowise front skid plate, black tubular side steps, Auxbeam front driving lamps, and a silver roof-mounted crossbar with additional off-road lighting. It rides on factory 20” Sport Techno wheels which have been painted orange and dressed in BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. The seller indicates an extra orange-painted wheel is included. The windshield was replaced by the current owner and some minor scrapes are noted on the bumpers as well as clear coat degradation on the roof, hood, and door handles. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Sand Beige Smooth Leather upholstery with aluminum trim and an Alcantara headliner. The Cayenne Turbo came standard with automatic climate control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), heated front and rear seats, power front seats with memory, a power-adjustable steering wheel, park assist, and a Bose sound system. This example was also optioned with a moonroof, the Light Comfort Package with Memory, a Compass Display, and a 6-disc CD changer. Auxiliary switches have been installed for the aftermarket off-road lights and the seller notes one small tear is present on the center armrest as well as some sagging headliner towards the rear of the cabin.
A twin-turbocharged 4.5-liter V8 engine delivers up to 450 HP and 457 lb.-ft of torque through a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission and Porsche Traction Management (PTM) permanent all-wheel drive system with an electronically locking center differential. The Cayenne Turbo also comes standard with a height-adjustable air suspension as well as ventilated disc brakes with fixed 6-piston aluminum monobloc calipers in front and four-piston calipers in the rear. The seller states the engine oil has been recently changed along with the brake fluid and coolant. One slightly damaged rear brake line is also noted, although there are no leaks present.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a spare tire, an air pump, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Here we have a first-generation Cayenne Turbo, which has been modified cosmetically to resemble a Cayenne Transsyberia. The wheels have been painted orange, and the graphics are all vinyl. I have owned the car for two years and added the auxiliary lighting on the front and a skid plate under the engine. Recently completed oil, coolant, and brake fluid service, as well as a new windshield. The original Cayenne was a capable off-road vehicle, but also excels on the road.”

@silenthowie There is no lien on the car. I have a clear Washington title.
Just a quick question about the Lean that iis mentioned is that all resolved? Will it be a problem registering the car?
Thanks
@porscheklaus Unfortunately, I wasn't given any service records by the previous owner, so I am unsure.
@JBoxerGT2 That's a great question! I wondered the same thing when I purchased the vehicle. Perhaps it's just a "feature."

Unfortunately, I don’t have any service records from the previous owner, so I can’t comment on the coolant pipes or the driveshaft bearing. Only one full-size spare, plus the original donut.
Bid in the amount of $2,955
Seller thank you for posting inspection report as there a some flaws in it. Nice to see also a + full size spare. Couple ? Seems like it still has plastic coolant pipes? Cardin bearing? How about photos of the underside. Nice pig btw

Latest photo shows date stamp on tires. I also have the 2-inch spacers for the wheels that came with the car. Gives it a great stance, but the front wheels will rub on the fender liners. Plus, you get snow everywhere on the flanks of the car!

No. I only have the 18-inch wheels that are on the car. i didn't get the original wheels when I purchased the car.
Do you have original whells to go with it
Hello everyone, and thanks for checking out the Cayenne! I have had it for two years, and have enjoyed driving it, even doing a short (20-mile) venture off-road. One thing I want to point out is that while the car came with 20-inch wheels, it now has 18-inch wheels along with the BFG TA off-road tires. I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have! Thanks again for looking!
