We are excited to present this 2005 996 Turbo S for auction. Equipped with the legendary Mezger engine and X50 performance package as standard, the 996 Turbo S was produced for only one year and served as the flagship Turbo 911 at the end of 996 production. Being one of only 186 996 Turbo S coupes produced with a manual transmission, this car is exceedingly rare in the Porsche marketplace. Additionally, the manual Turbo S was only created for three years throughout Porsches production history; 1994, 1997, 2005. Originally sold new in New York, this Turbo S eventually made its way to Florida where it currently resides with the selling dealer. It is now being offered in excellent condition with just 29,970 miles showing on the odometer.
With its classic black finish, this Turbo S is stated to be in exceptional condition showing minimal wear. Fitted with PCCB (carbon ceramic brakes) as standard, this 996 sports large yellow calipers behind its original 18” Turbo Twist wheels, exhibiting no blemishes. A hydraulic-actuated rear wing and signature widened bodywork add to the Turbo's aggressive appearance.
This Turbo S is fitted with a black full leather interior that shows minimal wear. The power-operated and heated front seats remain in excellent condition and the dashboard is fully intact. With an original MSRP of over $133k, creature comforts include dual-zone climate control and full PCM with navigation and CD changer. This interior is complete with all original components and features fully functional accessories and electrical systems including the integrated radar detector.
“Turbo S” is a designation reserved for models offering top of the line performance coupled with blistering, turbocharged power. This 996 Turbo S is equipped with a twin-turbocharged Mezger 3.6L flat-six engine with an X-50 package as standard. Putting out approximately 450HP, this 996 rockets from 0-60 mph in just about 4 seconds. An extremely desirable 6-speed manual transmission gives the driver full control over this car’s awesome power and PCCB carbon ceramic brakes make for ultra precise stopping power. Records indicate that this Turbo S is up to date on all scheduled maintenance and the seller states that this car drives, shifts and generally performs beautifully.
Included in the sale of this highly sought after 996 are all original books and documentation as well as a clean Carfax report. This comprehensive report details a well maintained and accident free lifetime on the road, indicating no major issues or repairs at any point in time. Do not miss your opportunity to own one of the most desirable Turbo Porsches ever made.

What should this great example sell for in the end? I'm surprised not to see some higher bids? Perhaps we'll have a flood in the final minutes. Wish I could pull the trigger on this T-S.
