Produced exclusively for the 2005 model year, the 996 Turbo S features the X50 Turbo Powerkit and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). One of 963 Turbo S Cabriolets built, this rare example is further distinguished by a 6-speed manual transmission. The car is finished in Seal Grey Metallic over Graphite Grey full leather and features 18” GT3 wheels, heated front seats with lumbar support, supple leather, body-colored door finishers, and Custom Tailoring (Special Wishes that require further communication). Showing approximately 19k miles on the odometer, this Turbo S Cabriolet is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
The 996 Turbo variant can be distinguished from a contemporary Carrera by its wider fenders, revised bumpers, flared rocker panels, and integrated side air intakes. Featuring yellow ceramic brakes as standard, this Turbo S Cabriolet is finished in Seal Grey Metallic with a black soft top and rides on optional 18” GT3 wheels. The seller notes minor imperfections in the rear-quarter paint protection film and slight blemishes on the front bumper. Previously-installed laser jammers are fitted. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the driver is greeted with Graphite Grey full leather with supple leather seats and color-coordinating floor mats. Additional options include front seat heating and lumbar support, body-colored door finishers, and Custom Tailoring. Standard equipment includes power seats, a leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel, Alcantara roof lining, automatic air-conditioning, and Turbo-logo door sills.
The Turbo S features the X50 Turbo Powerkit which equips its 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine with larger K24 turbochargers and intercoolers along with a revised ECU and exhaust system. Up to 450 HP is sent to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) come standard and include larger 6-piston monobloc front calipers and cross-drilled 350mm ceramic discs at the front and rear. The seller adds that an oil change was performed at Stokes Automotive of Florida in August 2023, and the CRFAX report shows a total of 12 service history entries.
This sale will include a clean title.

@Dirtyfox the chips a very minimal! I'll upload those pictures now. Regarding Service records, the current owner acquired the car with 17,650 miles and had it stored at a climate controlled warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale. he only added 1,700 miles during his ownership. The last service we have for the car was when he took it to Stokes automotive Porsche specialist (08/23) at 18,900 miles for a Service and they said everything on the car looked good. Only 500 miles have been added since. This car drives and feels extremely tight!
Any service records after 2017
