The second-generation CLK was unveiled by Mercedes-Benz in 2003, sharing its foundation with the “W203” generation C-Class, yet sporting an exterior design more reminiscent of the larger E-Class. Powered by a 3.2-liter V6 engine mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission, this 2005 example is finished in Iolite Blue Metallic over Amaretta Nappa leather upholstery and features a power-operated black soft top, the Sport Package, bi-xenon headlights, heated power-adjustable front seats, and more. Showing just over 81k miles on the odometer, this Convertible is being offered for auction at no reserve by its seller out of Florida.
This example is finished in Iolite Blue Metallic with a power-operated black convertible top. Equipment includes bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, power-adjustable heated side mirrors, parking sensors, and a single polished exhaust outlet. It rides on factory 17” wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE980 tires from 2021. The seller notes a minor crack in the front windshield. Detailed images are provided in the gallery, along with a CARFAX report showing severe damage in November 2010 although the vehicle remained driveable.
The interior boasts heated power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Amaretta Nappa leather, which extends to the door panels. It features wood veneer trim accents, front seat position memory, a glovebox-mounted six-disc CD changer, cruise control, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The seller reports stains on the door panels and seats along with wear on the steering wheel and radio dash screen. All all gauges and electronics are reported to be in proper working order.
The 3.2-liter SOHC 18-valve V6 delivers a factory-rated 215 HP and 229 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission. It is equipped with sport-tuned suspension and steering as part of the Sport Package, and four-wheel discs facilitate braking power. Maintenance records indicate replacement of the electronic ignition switch and convertible top switch in January 2020, replacement of the convertible top trunk partition struts in January 2021, and replacement of the front and rear struts in July 2021. Additionally, the main left and right hydraulic cylinders for the convertible top were rebuilt in September 2021.
This sale will include a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thanks for visiting my auction. This vehicle has low mileage and drives well.”
