Thank you all who participated in this auction, we will continue to bring fun and affordable classics and soon to become classics in the near future.
I am sorry for the confusion we did paint some parts of the exhaust system specifically the catalytic converter. Thanks for your interest.
@YAFA You mentioned that you did not spray the exhaust. In your recent Bring a Trailer auction of this vehicle you mentioned that the exhaust was painted. The BaT listing also showed the undercarriage pre paint job.

@Modern_Barn_Classics Thank you very much for your interest in our auction.
We took care of the undercarriage in preparation for the sell in early September, the materials used were 3M and Wool-wax.
No water damage and just a little superficial rust, we applied the undercoating as a preventive measure. We did not paint the exhaust.
Hope this answer helps, this Range Rover L322 is impeccable conditions and ultra low millage. Wishing you all a wonderful auction day tomorrow!
@YAFA when was the undercarriage sprayed and with what material? Was the exhaust sprayed too? Why? Any water / rust damage to note on the undercarriage? Thanks.
Good Morning everyone! New pictures of this wonderful L322 by night have been uploaded. Wishing you all a wonderful Monday and a better week ahead.

Hello everyone, we are less than 2 days away to ending this auction, and we wanted to share some of the reviews related to the Range Rover 2005 (part of the L322 generation), which was an important milestone in the evolution of the Range Rover lineup.
When compared to its predecessor, the P38A, and some of the subsequent L322 models, there are certain qualities that set the 2005 model apart. Let’s delve into the specifics:
1. Introduction of the BMW Engine: One of the significant advantages of early L322 models, including the 2005 Range Rover HSE, was the incorporation of the BMW M62 V8 engine. This engine was revered for its reliability, smoothness, and overall performance. Subsequent L322 models saw a transition to Jaguar engines, which while competent, did not always have the same reliability reputation as their BMW counterparts.

2. Modernized Interior and Exterior Design: The 2005 L322 showcased a significant departure from the P38A’s design. It embraced a more luxurious interior, complemented by contemporary exterior styling. The infotainment system, while dated by today’s standards, was advanced for its time.

3. Improved Ride Quality: The L322’s air suspension provided an excellent balance between off-road prowess and on-road comfort, surpassing the P38A in overall ride quality and versatility.

4. Enhanced Off-Road Capabilities: While the P38A was already competent off-road, the 2005 L322 elevated the Range Rover’s capabilities with improvements like the Hill Descent Control.

5. Improved Reliability: While Land Rovers, in general, have faced criticism over reliability, the 2005 HSE was seen as an improvement over the P38A, particularly in terms of electrical issues.

It’s important to note, though, that each model and generation of the Range Rover has its unique strengths and challenges. The 2005 Range Rover HSE stands out in the Range Rover lineage for its combination of luxury, performance, and off-road capability, making it a sought-after model for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!

@faugrad thank you very much for your interest, we took care of adding the under coating as a preventive measure to avoid rust issues in the future. Appreciate your compliments 🙌🏻
There seems to be a ton of spray paint on the undercarriage. What led to the need of so much spray paint? Top side looks pristine for that vintage L322.
Nice looking ride in great condition for a 2005 Land Rover. Would be a great addition to anybody's garage.
