The Ferrari 360 Spider debuted at the 2000 Geneva Auto Show. Compared to its F355 predecessor, it introduced a lighter, more robust aluminum space-frame chassis crafted by Alcoa, refined body lines, an intuitive power convertible top, electronically controlled dampers, and a 3.6-liter flat-plane crank V8 engine producing nearly 400 HP. This 2005 example is finished in Giallo Modena over Nero leather upholstery and features a 6-speed F1 automated manual transmission, yellow brake calipers, Scuderia fender shields, yellow deviated stitching, power seats, and more. Modified with 19” Braelin wheels, KW hydraulic coilovers, a Capristo exhaust system, and additional upgrades, it is now being offered for auction out of Canada with less than 52k kilometers or 32k miles showing on the odometer.
The lightweight, Pininfarina-designed aluminum bodywork is finished in Giallo Modena with a black convertible soft top. Details include a transparent polycarbonate engine cover and quad exhaust outlets. Additional features encompass xenon headlights, yellow brake calipers, and Scuderia fender shields. Modifications include tinted taillights, an Italian flag rear badge, an aftermarket carbon fiber rear grille, and custom 19” BRAELIN wheels wrapped in Continental tires from 2012. The seller notes some rock chips on the hood and front bumper, wear on the convertible top fabric, chips on the convertible top cover, and pulled-out front wheel fender arches. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Nero leather upholstery with yellow deviated stitching and power-adjustable front seats with Cavallino-embossed headrests. The upper dashboard and steering wheel are wrapped in black leather, complemented by aluminum door sills, drilled aluminum pedals, and an aluminum passenger footrest. The leather-wrapped steering wheel includes column-mounted paddle shifters, and the car is equipped with automatic climate control. A Kenwood head unit and aftermarket carbon fiber interior trim have also been installed. The seller notes some wear on the leather upholstery, a lifted center vent on the dashboard, and scuffs on the driver's door card.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter DOHC V8 engine features dry-sump lubrication and an output of 396 HP and 276 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox that allows for both automatic and manual gear changes using the shift paddles mounted on the steering column. A limited-slip differential is also equipped as standard. Modifications include carbon fiber airboxes, a Capristo exhaust system, KW hydraulic coilovers, and aftermarket brake rotors. The selling dealer reports that the cooling system was replaced in April 2024 and that a previous owner completed an engine-out service.
This sale will include a clean title.
