The seller states that the passenger-side quarter panel was changed and refinished, and that the repairs were completed using original BMW parts. Equipped with individual throttle bodies and VANOS variable valve timing, the 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine was factory-rated at 333 HP and 269 lb.-ft of torque. It has been modified with a Dinan S performance package including a high-flow cold air intake, a free-flow exhaust system, and performance engine software for a claimed increase of 24 HP. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The optional Competition Package equips the car with an upgraded steering rack and larger cross-drilled front brake rotors than a standard M3. Other features include a Dinan strut tower brace and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The seller notes the car has been serviced with fresh fluids and there are no outstanding maintenance items.
The sale will include a toolkit and a branded title.

I almost bought this BMW from the original owner in 23, but negotiations fell through. Would be interesting to know what the reserve will be.

Current dealer acquired it in 2023 and performed a few improvements:
1-Refinishing 3 of the ZCP wheels that were supplied with the car at a high end local wheel refinisher with the proper Hyper silver Tricoat paint process(not powder coated) and buying the 4th missing one (Rear) new from BMW (the car was acquired in 2023 sitting on a set of 19 inch wheels style 67).
The brand new 4th wheel was used as a reference to color match perfectly the new paint of the other 3.
2-Installing a new set of Michelin tires in Feb 2025
3-Installing a new Dinan air filter
4-Oil and filter change

Here is what I have from the owner:
This E46 M3 was originally bought new in New York on August 15th 2005.
On oct 10th 2005 (car was 2 months old with 7456 miles) it was involved in a deer accident where the driver lost control trying to avoid a head-on collision with a deer. The whole passenger side was side swiped and the rear right suspension was damaged. The front was saved intact.
The deer left the scene unharmed.
The insurance claim took a few months to be sorted and in March 2006 the car was imported to Canada and was acquired and repaired by a renowned body shop owner who kept it for himself from 2006 to 2023. The repair was documented in all its details and all the parts used were original BMW. All the receipts were kept as well as the photos documenting the process the said bodyshop owner followed to build his own car . Photos of the the accident, the repair process and all the parts receipts will be added soon.
