Representing the seventh generation of the ultra-luxurious Rolls-Royce Phantom, the Phantom VII was the first Rolls-Royce developed and produced under BMW after they acquired the Rolls-Royce motor company in 2003. This 2004 example was ordered in the bespoke exterior color of Smoke Grey over a tan leather interior, and was optioned to an original sticker price of $327,500, including cross-banded Oak Burr veneers, a veneered instrument panel, color-keyed boot trim, veneered rear picnic tables at the backrests of the front seats, front and rear heated seats, and a 6-DVD changer. Custom twin 6.5” monitors have been professionally installed above the rear seats under previous ownership. This 2004 Rolls Royce Phantom is now being offered at auction by the seller located in Florida, showing approximately 29,500 miles on the odometer.
The aluminum bodywork of this Phantom was specified in the bespoke color of Smoke Grey, with the iconic polished Parthenon front grille and polished trim around the windows, windscreen, and foglights, as well as polished door handles and boot trim. Equipment includes a retractable Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, rear-hinged coach doors, auto-leveling xenon headlights with washers, driving lights, a heated windshield, and laminated glass with climate-control glazing. The seller reports that the driver’s door has been refinished due to an incident that occurred in December of 2021, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with the complete CARFAX report. The 21”seven-spoke chrome wheels wear self-righting Rolls-Royce center caps and are mounted with Pirelli P-Zero tires that show date codes from 2017 in the front and 2019 in the rear.
The interior is upholstered in tan leather with color-coordinated door panels and grey deep-pile carpeting. Burl wood trim accents the center console, dashboard, door panels, and was additionally optioned for the instrument panel and rear picnic tables behind the front seats. Amenities include Rolls-Royce branded umbrellas in the two rear doors, heated and power-adjustable front seats, heated rear seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, a multi-function three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, a dash-mounted analog clock, rear footrests, a navigation system with a flip-up display, a 15-speaker Lexicon Logic7 Audio System with two floor-mounted subwoofers, a rear control center with a 6.5” display, front and rear Park Distance Control sensors, optional color-keyed boot trim, and six-DVD changer. A pair of Rosen 6.5” fold-down screens have been professionally installed on the ceiling above the rear seat, and are connected to the DVD player system in the trunk.
The Phantom is powered by a hand-built 6.7L aluminum V12 with direct injection, which produces up to 453 HP and 531 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a ZF 6-speed automatic transmission which allows for acceleration from 0-60 MPH in 5.7 seconds, and a tire-limited top speed of 130 MPH. Features include a double-wishbone front suspension and a rear multi-link set up with self-leveling air springs, continuous electronic dampening control, power-assisted four-wheel ventilated disc brakes with Dynamic Brake Control and Cornering Brake Control, Dynamic Stability Control, and Dynamic Traction Control. The last recorded service occurred at Motorcars of Atlanta, Georgia, in February of 2022, and an oil and filter change was performed in anticipation of the sale.
This sale will include 2 keys, the original window sticker, and some service records.

@fercomotors: Thanks on the umbrellas. Would you please include some front and rear undercarriage photos as well? Is there any rust on any pert of the car?
Everything on the car works without issue.
I apologize about the error in the listing. As you may know we do not write the listing this is done by PCarmarket. However, I will honor what is listed and include the umbrellas free of charge if reserve is met.
I will snap some photos of the tray tables ASAP.
@fercomotors: Could you post clear photos of the rear seat picnic tables please? BTW, why does your listing state: "Amenities include Rolls-Royce branded umbrellas in the two rear doors", but you now say that they're not included. What's up with that and what does "we can source them for the new owner" mean? If the factory umbrellas are included in your listing/description, I would think that you will "source" them and include them at no extra cost to the new owner. Am I correct? Lastly, are all the mechanicals and electronics in perfect working order on this Phantom? If not, what does it need? Thanks in advance for your reply!
Yes the other side of the wood panel is the navigation screen. It is fully functional now (see video). Navigation works and maps are the most up to date available.
Factory umbrellas are not included but we can source them for the new owner.
@fercomotors: The wood dash panel containing the clock is sticking out of the dashboard in all photos. Does it retract to the fully closed position and can I assume that it's covering the navigation screen? Does the navigation work and are the maps up to date? Also, are the factory umbrellas that are stored in the doors included with this car? Thanks and GLWTA!
