Finished in the extremely rare Ferrari Yellow shade from Porsche's Paint to Sample program, this 2004 Porsche 996 Turbo Cabriolet pairs a 6-speed manual transmission with its twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine. Commanding an original sticker price of approximately $138k, this example includes Black full leather upholstery, exterior color-matched interior accents, electrically adjustable Sport Seats, Speed Yellow seatbelts, deviated stitching, additional Exclusive options, and Custom Tailoring (special wishes requiring further communication). Showing just over 50k miles on the odometer, this incredibly unique Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
Inspired by Ferrari’s Giallo Fly, the Ferrari Yellow (10L) color was initially offered in limited cases on the Porsche 964 Carrera RS America and 964 Turbo. This 996 showcases the historic color, chosen from the Paint to Sample collection. Additional equipment includes a Black convertible soft top, red brake calipers, and aftermarket 19″ RS Spyder-style wheels with Porsche-crested center caps. The seller adds that paint protection film covers the entire front end, including the headlights and side mirrors. One minor imperfection is noted beneath the passenger’s side headlight, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The custom-tailored Black full leather interior showcases extensive deviated stitching including the front and rear seats, doors, and dashboard. Body-colored trim adorns the center air vent mount, dash trim strip, and rear center console. Additional options include yellow-faced instrumentation, Speed Yellow seatbelts, power-adjustable Sport Seats, a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, and metal door sills with model insignias. Some signs of wear consistent with mileage are noted on the driver’s seat. The seller notes that one of the gauges was rebuilt using updated technology, which includes a brief ticking sound lasting approximately three seconds upon startup. According to the technician, this is normal and has been inspected.
A twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine flat-six engine delivers 415 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH can be achieved in approximately 4 seconds. The seller adds that a new clutch was installed in 2019 within the last 3k miles. Additionally, the CARFAX report shows a total of 17 service history entries.
This sale will include a clean title, owner's manuals, and some documentation.

Forgot to mention this also has Techart exhaust!
Ha… don’t know about being embarrassed! I meant to remove it before the photos were taken but it is easily removed! Thanks for reminding me!
Would you feel embarrassed by a Turbo S badge on a non-S car?
It’s beautiful without that.
