Sporting wide bodywork, this Turbo is finished in Seal Grey Metallic with a black convertible top and features Exclusive stainless-steel tailpipes as part of the Aluminum/Chrome Package. Derived from the GT1 Le Mans car, this 996 Turbo is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine that produces up to 415 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque stock. A 6-speed manual transmission sends power to all four wheels. An upgraded exhaust system with catalytic converters has been installed. The seller states that within the last year, the car underwent a thorough inspection, and any necessary maintenance was addressed, including all convertible pistons being rebuilt and fitted with upgraded seals. A total of 29 service history records are shown on the CARFAX report.

@kd123192 Sure. We are available during the entire auction for anyone to come and have someone do a PPI on the car. Our facility here has lifts, jacks and anything anyone will want to use to inspect any aspect of the car. I know Lemon Squad is often utilized by buyers with PCarmarket. We are here until 6:00 weekdays.
For shipping down to FL we can also help you with that if you win the car. Shipping vehicles out of state is a daily occurrance for us, so we can definitley assist you with transport.
Porsche Exchange in Highland Park, IL is the Porsche dealership that originally sold the car. 10 miles after (but 8 days earlier, carfax can be funky sometimes with there records) the car was at the Dodge dealership which appears to be either part of the same dealer group as Porsche Exchange or the original owner owned the Dodge dealership. Either or are likely reasons you see that.

She’s Beautiful. Do you happen to know how original owner bought a new Porsche from a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealer in 2003? Are you opened to pre-purchase inspection by PCarMarket in Oyster Bay?
