Pairing a 6-speed manual transmission with its 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine, this 2004 Porsche 996 Turbo Cabriolet is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Grey Natural Leather upholstery. The car has been modified with a Euro Spec Motoring engine tuning for 550 HP, GT2-style bodywork, 19” Avant Garde wheels, and a double DIN unit with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a rear parking camera. It was factory-optioned with heated front seats, supple leather, Porsche-crested headrests, a thicker steering wheel, carbon fiber interior accents, aluminum instrument dials, and Custom Tailoring (Special Wishes requiring further communication). Showing less than 109k miles on the odometer, this Turbo is available for auction out of California.
This example was ordered in Midnight Blue Metallic with a black soft top and features a custom GT2-style front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, and rear spoiler. Modifications also include 997-sourced daytime running lights and turn signals, aftermarket LED taillights, a heavy-duty front spoiler lip, satin black door handles & side air inlets, and a rear decklid-mounted third brake light. Exclusive stainless steel exhaust outlets were factory-optioned, and the car rides on black-painted aftermarket 19” Avant Garde wheels wrapped in Michelin tires. A Chemical Guys ceramic coating was applied in August 2025, and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report noting damage in December 2016. This is said to have occurred due to a mouse inside the seller's garage that scratched the convertible top, which was replaced at a Porsche dealer, including the mechanics and materials.
The cabin features Grey Natural Leather upholstery complemented with the Carbon Package (Small), aluminum instrument dials, a carbon/aluminum brake handle & shifter, and carbon fiber door sills with model insignia. Additional options include heated front seats, front & rear supple leather, front seat lumbar support, Porsche-crested headrests, and a thicker steering wheel. A double DIN head unit with a rear parking camera and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto has been fitted. All gauges and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine in this 996 has been upgraded by Euro Spec Motoring, featuring custom headers, a performance exhaust, and an ECU tune, resulting in a dyno-tested 550 HP. Power is distributed to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Modifications also include a Trackspec Autosport front suspension upgrade along with new ceramic brakes, four new Bilstein B6 shocks, and a strut, which were installed in 2024. Additionally, the starter was replaced in 2024, and a new Bosch AGM battery was installed in September 2025. Standard performance features include Porsche Stability Management (PSM), Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and fixed 4-piston brake calipers with cross-drilled 13” discs at each corner. The seller adds that synthetic Mobil 1 oil changes were performed every 5k miles.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This car has been meticulously maintained and adult-driven for the past 11 years while in my ownership! RESERVE LIFTED! This car will sell today! Good luck everyone!
Thank you. This is what happend when there are several owners on a car and not passing receipts from one to the other. This happens specially when dealers are involved. Beautiful car. I have two of them
@mxtr55 that’s the information that I was given by the previous seller. I do know that the work was done as confirmed by several of my local performance shops during routine work. Unfortunately that’s all the info I have.
Bid in the amount of $47,500
@turbodoc911 - trying to find out about the shop that did the ECU tuning. I contacted them and they told me that they do not perform that service. Do you have any details such as phone, email, website?
I figured just did not see in listed in any repairs included. Thanks for the update.

@Fryingpan Sorry the information should read upgraded Ceramic Brake Pads so no brake dust or squealing!
@Bk911 car has passed smog each time without returning anything back to stock. Car will be smogged before sale.
@doctino1423 water pump was replaced by Eddie’s German Auto in Fremont CA a few years ago.
I noticed in the description it says "Modifications also include a Trackspec Autosport front suspension upgrade along with new ceramic brakes". I was looking through the pictures and saw what look like steel brakes to my eye. Am I mistaken and those are actually ceramic brakes?
Will it pass CA Smog test without returning anything back to stock? Guessing it will also be done prior to sale? Thanks!
Has water pump been upgrades ? - thank you
Bid in the amount of $25,000
@saltyreb the engine work and dyne was done prior to my ownership pre 2014. The previous owner shared that information with me at the time of my purchase.
Would you please post the dyne report?
TIA and GLWTA!
Thank you for the clarification of the "damage".
Please post records of previous oil changes ( prior and current ) and fluid changes for 2025. Thanks!
@NuJuce my car was damaged in 2016 while parked in my garage and a mouse attacked my exterior convertible top and scratched/destroyed an approximate 4”x 4” segment of the roof above the front passenger side . A home insurance claim was filed and the roof was replaced by Porsche of Fremont with all brand new factory parts.
The pressure plate was replaced as part of the recent clutch rebuild. I will upload pictures of the repair from the shop as they send them on Monday when they reopen for the week. Regarding the fluids, all fluids were flushed and replaced earlier this year.
Would you please describe the " Damage Reported" in 2016 listed in the carfax?
Do you have any records that can corroborate the 5K oil changes; there are two oil changes listed in the repair receipts, 2017 and 2018. and carfax shows oil changes in 2010/33K, maybe 2013/45K, 2015/56K, 2021/79K, 2023/95K?
When the clutch was replaced, there is nothing about the pressure plate; isn't that replaced at the same time?
The transmission was repaired in 2017/61K; no gear oil changes since?
Beautiful car, would like to know what's in store for repair in the near future.

I just uploaded the DME report that was run today by my local specialty Porche Performance Shop - SP Motorsports! Their comments were “this car has definitely been babied and never tracked!”
