The first year the car was offered in U.S. market, the Porsche 911 GT3 was updated in 2004 with 996.2 facelift headlights, revised bodywork, larger 6-piston front brakes, and a more powerful 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine now rated at 380 HP. This 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 is finished in Seal Grey Metallic over a Black full leather interior. It comes factory-equipped with optional electric Sport Seats, painted interior accents, aluminum and carbon fiber trim pieces, metal door sills with model insignias, automatic climate control, cruise control, and the Xenon Headlamp Package. The car was registered with its original owner in California until the seller’s acquisition and was routinely serviced at Porsche Beverly Hills. Showing under 8k miles on the odometer, this GT3 is now being offered for auction out of Oregon.
For the 2004 model year, the 911 GT3 was updated with 996.2 facelift headlights along with a redesigned front fascia, lower front spoiler, side skirts, and rear wing. This example is finished in Seal Grey Metallic. It features optional bi-xenon headlamps, fog lights, heated power side mirrors, dual exhaust outlets, red-painted brake calipers, and silver 18” GT3 wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The seller describes the exterior to be in excellent overall condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with premium Black full leather upholstery complemented by an optional Seal Grey Metallic-painted center console, air vents, and dashboard trim strip. Other options include power-adjustable Sport Seats, aluminum and carbon fiber trim for the shifter and handbrake, aluminum instrument dials, a GT3-logo storage compartment lid, metal door sill guards with model insignias, automatic climate control, and cruise control. The car is also equipped with a three-spoke leather steering wheel, an Alcantara headliner, a central locking system, an onboard computer, and a Porsche CDR23 AM/FM/CD stereo.
Featuring integrated dry-sump lubrication, titanium connecting rods, and Variocam variable valve timing, the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine delivers up to 380 HP and 284 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is equipped with an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), adjustable suspension, and cross-drilled disc brakes with fixed 6-piston calipers in front and 4-piston calipers at the rear. The seller indicates the car was routinely serviced at Porsche Beverly Hills throughout the original ownership and there are no outstanding maintenance items.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Here is a chance to own a beautiful 996 GT3 in a very understated color, seal grey metallic. This being one of the rawest GT3s you can buy, more and more buyers are coming to this platform, despite the argumentative headlights, for its pure driving experience. 380hp out of the box with that beautiful Mezger motor that LOVES to sing all the way to 8,000 RPMs. Don't miss one on a true time capsule here with just under 8,000 miles!”

@Eliodeangelis11 Readiness monitors. Thanks
Paint meter shows higher on the front wing/fender. Has this been repainted?
Lastly, any way you can upload a start up and driving video? Any way we can pictures of the underside?
Thanks
Is all equipment OEM? Especially cats and muffler? Important for CA buyers. Figure yes given ownership records, but need to be sure.
Along the same line, when you plug in an OBD, are the readiness motors for the catalytic converter and O2 sensors set or do they show not ready (and will not pass smog)? Important for CA.
Thanks
The DME would be helpful in bidding. Need to know if any range 2.
