It features a Powerflash performance calibration, the Racecraft Suspension Package, Saleen-designed styling elements, 18″ chrome wheels, a Mach audio system with a CD changer, and more. Showing approximately 19k miles on the odometer, this S281 coupe is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This example is finished in silver and features Saleen graphics with the serialized production number “202” displayed near the driver-side headlight. Saleen-exclusive bodywork includes revised urethane front and rear bumper covers, side skirts, louvered side scoops, an extended rear spoiler, and polished center-exit dual exhaust outlets. It rides on chrome-finished 18″ Saleen five-spoke wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cabin is upholstered in two-tone Dark Charcoal and gray leather with Saleen embroidery on the front seatbacks. Interior details include articulated sport front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Saleen-branded white instrument dials, aluminum pedal covers, and a glovebox that bears the signature of Steve Saleen. The 4.6-liter V8 engine has been modified by Saleen with a Powerflash performance calibration and a Power Pulley system utilizing a custom belt. The rear wheels are driven through a 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Racecraft Suspension Package includes an upgraded front sway bar with pivot bushings, variable-rate springs at all four corners, and Saleen-specific N2 performance shocks and struts. Braking power is facilitated by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, and a serialized Saleen plaque mounted on the firewall designates this car as #04-0202. A recent oil change was completed in preparation for the sale.
This sale will include a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.
