Now up for auction is this 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider finished in Yellow over a black leather interior. Equipped with a highly sought after 6-speed gated manual transmission connecting the driver to a naturally aspirated V8 engine, this 2004 example also features optional Scuderia shields, red brake calipers, and modular 5-spoke wheels. Having been kept in excellent running order with recent maintenance records including a full major timing belt service in 2018, a new throttle body in 2020, and a new brake master cylinder in 2021, this 360 Spider is now being offered for auction by its seller in Boston with just over 11k miles showing on the odometer.
This Pininfarina-designed aluminum bodywork is finished in Yellow. The paint is noted by the seller to be in exceptional original condition with clear paint protective film applied over the partial front end and on the lower rear fenders. Detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings. Optional factory features on this example include Scuderia shields on the front fenders and red-painted brake calipers situated behind 18” two-piece modular 5-spoke wheels. The convertible top is said to be fully functional and seller the reports that new Hankook Ventus V12 tires were installed in March of 2020.
Inside, the cabin is appointed in black leather with optional power-operated seats and a coveted 6-speed gated manual shifter. Other factory features include a 6-disc CD changer and a High Power HIFI sound system with a subwoofer. All factory specifications have been retained and all gauges and accessories are said to be working properly. The interior buttons were professionally refurbished in July of 2019 and the only noted imperfection is a small blemish on the center console near the shift gate.
A mid-mounted 3.6 L quad-cam V8 engine sends 396 HP to the rear wheels through a traditional 6-speed manual gearbox with a limited-slip differential. 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 4.5 seconds while reaching a top speed of over 175 MPH. This naturally aspirated powerplant features a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium connecting rods, and dry-sump lubrication. Maintenance records from recent years are provided in the photo gallery including an invoice for a full major timing belt service in 2018. The brake master cylinder was also recently replaced in preparation for sale and this Spider is said to be in fantastic running order.
This sale will include a key set, owner’s manuals, the original window sticker, leather accessories, some service records, a Ferrari car cover, and a clean title. If you have always aspired to own a traditional gated manual Ferrari, this well-presented 360 Spider makes a perfect choice.

@PCARMARKET thanks!
Additional photos have been added to the listing gallery.
just sent the top photos to pcar. Upon inspection, there are no rips, tears, or stains. It operates properly, and seals up well. The rear window is a little fogged up, but you can still see through it. You can see some fold marks in it, but for a 16+ year old car, its in excellent shape as you would expect.
@rocketman tires were done 3/27/20 at 10900 miles. Pads were 10MM, we determined that the rotors and pads were new in last 1k based on measurements/condition. We did replace the e-brake pads, however.
Thank you all for your bids. Convertible top photos incoming
