It is our pleasure to present this 2004 Ferrari 360 Modena Spider finished in Rosso Corsa over a Natural Cuoio leather interior. When the Ferrari 360 Spider was debuted in 2000 at the Geneva Auto Show, it was a massive leap forward in styling, technology, and reliability for Ferrari, replacing the F355 as their flagship mid-engine roadster. It featured a lighter, stronger aluminum space-frame chassis produced by Alcoa, flowing smooth body lines, a user-friendly power convertible top, electronically controlled dampers, and a 3.6L flat-plane crank V8 that produced nearly 400 HP. This 2004 example was originally sold by Ferrari San Diego at an MSRP of just over $199k, equipped with a rare 6-speed gated manual transmission, Daytona-style power-adjustable seats, a racing exhaust system, front and rear Challenge-style grilles, Scuderia fender shields, red brake calipers, upholstered roll bars, a leather rear shelf, and a hi-fi audio system with a subwoofer. Having spent time in Florida where it was maintained by Naples Motorsport for the past 11 years, this 360 Spider is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts showing just over 8k miles on the odometer.
This 360 comes finished in the traditional Ferrari color of Rosso Corsa (322) with a power-operated black soft top. Thanks to the use of lightweight aluminum body panels over an aluminum frame, the Spider version only weighs 130 lbs. more than the standard 360 Modena. Features include optional Scuderia fender shields, bi-xenon headlights, Challenge-style front and rear grilles, red brake calipers, a polycarbonate engine cover, and twin aero fairings that conceal the convertible top behind the cabin. The original silver-finished five-spoke 18” wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza S-02A tires dated from 2004. The finish is described to be in excellent overall condition with only minor scratches on the underside of the front bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats trimmed in Natural Cuoio leather that extends to the lower dashboard, door panels, rear shelf, and roll bars, contrasted by black leather on the upper dash and steering wheel. Accents include aluminum door sills, drilled aluminum pedals, a drilled passenger footrest, a gated 6-speed aluminum shifter, and tan carpeting. The driver is also given full power accessories, a Ferrari-branded Clarion infotainment system, automatic climate control, and an optional high-power hi-fi audio system with a subwoofer mounted between the seats.
The 360 Modena is powered by a 3.6L quad-cam V8 which sends as much as 396 HP to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. This naturally aspirated powerplant features a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium connecting rods, and dry-sump lubrication. The seller reports a recent annual service and inspection was completed including the installation of a new fuel pump, a brake system flush, and an oil service. The CARFAX report shows a consistent history of prior maintenance carried out by Naples Motorsports of Florida.

@LoopsGT we, despite repeated efforts, have NOT been able to acquire actual service records. WE performed and oil service, brake flush, and THOROUGH inspection prior to listing. Perhaps pricing in a belt service while considering your bids would give peace of mind. While we are confident nothing is NEEDED, we cannot show definitive proof of prior service. We can, however, say with confidence the car has been meticulously cared for based on condition (cosmetically and mechanically).
@BuckheadBuilder there are NO sticky buttons, everything inside and out is in excellent cosmetic shape and will require nothing.
