@SilverRose Yes we can include the factory air vents. We removed both and replaced them with black vents since they were cracked.
@collectorcars - will you include the removed wood vent? What happened to the other missing wood vent?
@MkTribbie Yes engine deck lid light works. And no I haven’t tried replacing trunk light. We just fixed the wood vents and listed this car it didn’t need much recon.
@914rrr Yes factory vent included.
Are the removed side air vents included? I owned a similar 2001 TT and would love to own another. Mine had a lot more dark burl trim. Wood trim delamination on these is very common and nearly unavoidable, even on garage queens.
To Seller, thanks for quick follow up a moment ago!
Couple more easy ones - I can’t tell from Gallery, but does engine deck lid light work? Have you tried replacing bulb in front trunk?

2 keys included!
@MkTribbie 1) yes
2)they are both black please view image gallery we posted the first photo set before we swapped the left side out.
3)no balance issue that’s a tire edge protector it’s superficial on these tires doesn’t affect anything.
4) this car has standard lugs no lock, it has after market iconz 3 piece wheels. This is a fully forged aluminum 3 piece wheel.
Good morning, couple questions for seller:
1. Vanity mirrors: are the lids intact and do the lights work when lid is opened?
2. The passenger side vent outlet and housing is black, the drivers side housing is wood with Terracotta colored vent. Do you have the history of that change?
3. Tire rubber missing in photo #17 appears to have been carefully trimmed off - maybe because of balance issue? Any comments on that?
4. Locking lug nuts gone, is the lug nut key with the car or no?

@Fryingpan Tires are from 2017! 48/17 is the date on them!
@nyucfsu Those are completely different cars. You’re welcome to do a PPI prior to bidding and call Porsche Naples where it was last serviced last year!
@Fryingpan That’s the rim edge protector! The tires are fine that is superficial.
I noticed what looks like quite a bit of rubber missing from the passenger side rear tire side wall, adjacent to the rim. It doesn't look safe. Any information on that? Was the rim affected (bent, out of round, etc), other than the curb damage that has been touched up? What are the date codes of the tires? Also, how many keys come with the car? What was included in the last maintenance ? Thanks.
@collectorcars I get it - You can only provide what you have. I've owned a 996 non-turbo and a 997 turbo so I have a good sense of what is required. These are still 20 year old Porsches. They need regular service like any 20 year old supercar: replacing fluids, spark-plugs, coil packs, engine and transmission mounts, transmission services, updating or replacing aged lines, fixing worn out suspension components, tires, etc. I'm still a bidder. I'll just factor the maintenance history into my bid. I would like to see photos from under the car. It can help me and other bidders get a better sense of the condition.
@nyucfsu I have what is on carfax and nothing more in regards to service. These 996 turbos are fairly easy when it comes to service there isn’t much that needs to be done!
@collectorcars Wow! This interior is just stunning.
Do you have any service records? There is very little service history shown on the Carfax in the past 10 years.
Also, can you share some photos of the car on a lift? It would be very helpful to see photos of the engine and suspension from below.
Thanks & GLWTA!
