Pairing a 6-speed manual transmission with its naturally aspirated flat-six engine and all-wheel-drive system, this 2003 Porsche 996 Carrera 4S Coupe is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over a Graphite Grey full leather interior. Options include supple leather, various Exclusive interior appointments, the Xenon Headlamp Package, a Sport Exhaust System, stainless steel exhaust pipes, and the Bose High-End Sound Package. The car has also been upgraded with H&R and Bilstein suspension components, aftermarket engine mounts, sport-tuned catalytic converters, an LN Engineering IMS bearing replacement, and more. Showing approximately 16k miles on the odometer, this C4S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania.

The Carrera 4S presents wider fenders than the standard Carrera along with Turbo-style bumpers, a red rear reflector band, and red brake calipers. This example is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with the optional Xenon Headlamp Package, stainless steel exhaust pipes, and a rear window wiper. It rides on factory 18” 911 Turbo wheels with optional colored Porsche center crests and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires mounted in 2024. Modifications include lowered H&R springs, Trak+ 15mm wheel spacers, and extended wheel bolts measuring 52mm and 60mm. Full paint protection film has been applied, and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin is appointed with Graphite Grey full leather upholstery including supple leather seats, black Porsche-lettered floor mats, and heated front seats. Additional features include the Bose High End Sound Package and self-dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor. Factory Exclusive options comprise clear-painted instrument dials, model-inscribed metal door sills, leather-wrapped sun visors with lighted mirrors, a leather-wrapped rear center console, a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, and aluminum/leather trim on the shifter and handbrake. The seller notes minor wear on the steering wheel and shift knob, though the interior is described to remain in excellent overall condition.

Factory-rated at 320 HP and 273 lb-ft of torque, the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine sends power to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. This example was optioned with the factory Sport Exhaust System and has been fitted with an LN Engineering IMS bearing replacement. Additional upgrades include RSS engine mounts, an LN Engineering 71°C thermostat, sport-tuned catalytic converters, H&R Sport Springs, an H&R sway bar kit (25mm front / 24mm rear), Bilstein B6 Performance shocks, and upgraded strut mounts with revised bump stops. A collection of service documentation will accompany the sale.

This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, and service records.

The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for checking out my auction. This 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S has just 16,235 miles and is one of the cleanest, most original examples you’ll find. This 911 C4S came from Ryan Friedman Motorcars and has been meticulously cared for ever since. The car has a full-body PPF, all original panels, and is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Graphite Grey full leather — a timeless spec that looks as good in person as it does in the photos. We’ve taken care of all the important service items, even though the mileage is low. Ryan Friedman’s team proactively replaced the IMS bearing, and we have the original bearing and supporting records to accompany it. In late 2024, we also completed roughly $14,000 worth of service, including new sport catalytic converters, suspension, tires, and more. All the work was done at PA Euros, and records are included. If you're looking to add something truly special to your garage, this is it.”

I wanted to pop in and thank everyone who has taken the time out of their busy days to stop by, bid, comment and message us. We love conversing with all of you and it is really fun representing such a fantastic 911.

I was digging through maintenance records to answer a question from a member when I realized that in 2024 when we performed the Spark plug and coil service we performed preliminary bore score inspection per the customer request. It was just "while we were in there" and for documenting purposes. Also a Blackstone oil analysis. This is all being uploaded in the gallery now. The boroscope was performed with our handheld Snap-on camera. They photos weren't numbered since we didn't find any issues or have any pre-existing conditions that caused concern in any one of the cylinders.

    Hope this helps.

Also we will be loading a full cold start from our showroom today.

    1:20 to go!

Don't hesitate to bid and don't wait to get a bid in!

Hello PCAR! We are in the final hours of the sell. We are here to answer and final questions!

This one can be enjoyed and driven worry free or collected. Either way you can't go wrong with a sub 20k mint C4S. I have been saying for years that the 996 C4S will undoubtedly go down as one of the finest looking 911s and are super under-appreciated. Will they reach 993 C4S territory, probably not but it definitely has potential!

@spinney The car will pass OBD check and will pass Emission visual check in all states but I wouldn't be able to speak with 100% certainty on California. The car does have SOUL High flow cats that use HJS HF 200 cell cats. Shouldn't be a problem but I would consult your local smog test center.

Wow. Two things have happened for me in recent years. I feel the Ducati 999 is beautiful, and the same is true for the 996. It cracks me up that the seller spent so much money making this a driver's car, only to not drive it.

So much to love here. A beautiful 996 that is, in essence, better than new. I love the indusction noise of the 996. Fantastic.

Thank you and Happy 4th of July! We will be monitoring the auction and replying as needed.

Hello PCarmarket! and all the bidders and Porsche nuts. My name is Christian and I am really excited to offer this mint condition 996 C4S. This car was owned by a local client turned to good friend who was looking to expand his restaurant business. He was absolutely gutted to have to sell and had no intention of letting go any time soon. As you can tell by the recent work and PPF described in the ad, this was his baby.

We are hoping to find a great new home/driver that can and will appreciate and love this car as much as the previous.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions. We are open to show the car to any local interested parties or inspectors. We can be available as much as possible over the next 7 days with the exception of Friday the 4th.

@PCARallthetime We have two full functioning and pristine keys here for the car. Pics have been uploaded to the gallery.
