This 2003 Porsche 996 Carrera 4 Cabriolet is finished in Seal Grey Metallic over a Graphite Grey interior. It comes equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission paired with its 3.6-liter flat-six engine, a Metropol Blue convertible top, 18” Turbo-look wheels, a speed-activated rear spoiler, automatic climate control, an onboard computer, the optional HiFi Sound Package, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, and more. Having spent much of its life in California and Nevada, this 996 is now being offered for auction out of Oklahoma with approximately 52k miles on the odometer.
The 996 generation was the last to feature a narrow-bodied Carrera 4 model, distinguishable from a standard rear-wheel-drive Carrera by its silver-colored brake calipers and rear model designation. This example is finished in Seal Grey Metallic with a power-operated Metropol Blue convertible top. Other equipment includes integrated fog lights, heated power mirrors, a speed-activated rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets, and 18” Turbo-look wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. The car rides on Michelin front tires and Pirelli rear tires, showing production date codes from 2013 and 2017, respectively. The seller notes small plastic pieces broken off from the taillights and a light scratch on the front fender below the fuel door. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Graphite Grey interior includes matching carpets, electric front seat adjustment, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, automatic climate control, cruise control, a central locking system, an onboard computer, an aftermarket satellite radio module, and an optional HiFi Sound Package with an AM/FM/CD stereo. Some signs of wear on noted on the center console, shift knob, and parking brake handle. A fuse box panel cover is missing, and the airbag warning light is present on the dashboard.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine rated at 315 HP and 273 lb-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transaxle, while braking is handled by fixed 4-piston calipers and cross-drilled discs at each corner. The CARFAX report shows a service completed in 2021 at 51k miles, including new brake pads, rotors, a brake fluid flush, and an oil change. The clutch slave cylinder was also replaced in October 2023.
This sale will include a clean title.
