Originally delivered at Porsche of Beverly Hills, it was purchased by the second owner as a certified pre-owned vehicle before the seller's acquisition in 2011. @nyccantdrivemanual I see where the @pcarmarket info put the word lien in the description and I have no idea why. There's no lien on the car
@MountainWave Title Status: Clean (Lien)
@nyccantdrivemanual there's no lien on the car. I'm not sure what you're referencing. How are you looking at the title? PCar market does not pit the title in photo gallery.

Hi, is there a lien on this car? Title says clear (lien) up top. Just sounds weird for a car that has been owned for 13 years...
Thx for all the comments and the bid! At this time all direct messages have been responded to. If you are awaiting a reply, that means I didn't get the message. Winning bidder can count on excellent communication for the entire process. I can assist with shipping and I will video the loading process. I can also accommodate storage if needed. I have bought several cars sight unseen and understand some of the anxiety that can come with it. Rest assured this will be a smooth transaction on my end from start to finish.
Guys/Gals
This is a really good car. I also have an ‘03 C4 Cab and they are great cars. This one has had repairs on all the big items such as the IMS bearing, top hydraulic cylinders, and motor mounts. It is pretty much bullet proof if not abused. The only real knock on this one is that it is not a manual trans. Good luck.
@Backmarker must be an extraordinary example if the only flaw that can be found is a scuffed threshold plate.
@Backmarker all services that were ever recommended were completed. Details with mileage and dates are listed in the description, as well as a summary in the photo gallery. All receipts will come with the car, every service is documented with receipt as pictured in gallery.
@Backmarker The car has been senior owned, using the designated scuff plates for entry and exit is not uncommon to aid in low seating position vehicles. You can clean the existing plastic up very easily, or replace for $95 if desired, I just highlighted all flaws as to not be a surprise to next owner. Everything works as it should, flaws are noted in the description thx for the inquiry.
Sorry, I missed the added receipt showing the LN replacement.
Everything working as it should? What was done re the ims? All services recommended by shops completed? And just because I can’t figure it out, how does one damage the door molding to that extent?

Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
@Ram3k the IMS bearing was replaced 8k miles ago. I have uploaded photos of the receipt and you can see the other service items performed at that time as well. Thx
@mountainwave - nice 996. The listing says the IMS was serviced. Does that mean it was replaced ? Just looking for clarification. Many thx.
Bid with confidence
If you're looking for a very, well-kept unmolested 996 that is in nearly perfect condition. Bed with confidence. I know personally the owner and this car very well. A whole lot of Porsche for the money here.
Thanks for checking out the 996. This is a 3 owner car, current owner for 13 years. Carfax shows 4th owner because it was transferred from personal title to LLC. Always in Southern CA. Owner has second home in Montana and registers his cars there, hence the Montana tags and title. Come to the beach, drop the top, and drive home. The car is ready to be enjoyed for generations to come.
