The “Terminator” Cobra was the range-topping high-performance version of the fourth-generation SN95 Mustang designed by Ford’s Special Vehicles Team (SVT), equipped with a supercharged 4.6L V8 producing 390 HP and 390 lb.-ft torque. This 2003 10th Anniversary Edition is finished in Ebony Clearcoat over a Dark Charcoal leather interior with red inserts, and is #1333 of 2003 ever made, and is said to be one of 394 convertibles produced in this color scheme for the production year. It was acquired by the seller out of Illinois in 2020 at just 10k miles and was subsequently modified with a 2.76 Billetflow upper pulley with snub idler, a JLT cold air intake, an MRT H-pipe, a two-chamber Flow Master exhaust, Eibach lowering springs, 18” F500-style wheels, and more. Now showing just over 13k miles on the odometer, this 2003 SVT Cobra Convertible is being offered at auction by its seller out of California accompanied by a Ford certification of authenticity.
This SN95 Cobra Convertible is finished in Ebony Clearcoat (UA) with a black convertible top and is accompanied by a Cervini paint-matched tonneau speedster cover with storage bags. The Cobra can be differentiated from a standard Mustang by a unique front fascia with an integrated front spoiler and air ducts, a revised rear fascia, a composite hood with dual heat extractors, model-specific side skirts, and a decklid spoiler with an LED third brake light. Additions include an SVT logo stenciled on the intercooler, 20% window tint, a carbon fiber roll bar with a brake light, carbon fiber side vents, and 18” FR500-style wheels with black faces and a chrome lip which are mounted with Nitto tires from 2020. The original 17” 10th Anniversary wheels are also said to be included in the sale. The seller describes some very subtle rock chips throughout the finish, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features articulated sport seats trimmed in Dark Charcoal leather with red inserts, matching door panels, and Charcoal carpeting with 10th Anniversary-branded floormats. Amenities include a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power windows and locks, white-faced SVT instrumentation, air conditioning, and cruise control. The original Mach 460 radio has been kept separately and replaced with a Kenwood double-din touchscreen head unit.
The 4.6L V8 features a cast-iron block, aluminum cylinder heads, Zollner pistons, forged Manley H-beam connecting rods, and an Eaton M112 roots-style supercharger, producing 390 HP and 390 lb.-ft of torque in its stock configuration. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed Tremec T56 transmission with a lightweight flywheel, allowing the Cobra to reach 60 MPH in 4.5 seconds and run the quarter-mile in 12.67 seconds at 110.11 MPH. This Cobra has been modified with a 2.76 Billetflow upper pulley with snub idler, a JLT cold air intake, an upgraded intercooler, an MRT H-pipe, a two-chamber Flow Master exhaust, an SCT tune, and Eibach lowering springs. The seller is still in possession of the original parts, and reports that they will be included in the sale. Under the current ownership, routine maintenance has been completed, regular Amsoil oil changes were performed, and the cooling fan is said to have been recently replaced.
This sale will include a set of two keys, the original window sticker, factory parts, and a clean title.

Thank you all for checking out the listing for my 2003 Mustang Cobra Convertible. Let me start off by saying this car is my baby. I keep it in amazing condition and only drive it on weekends if/when the weather is absolutely perfect. As mentioned in the ad, I have done all of the upgrades and have all the original parts in case anyone feels the need to convert the car back to stock. While some upgrades added a boost in overall power, I NEVER abuse this car. I have never taken it to the track, and as often as people pull aside me and want to street race, I never engage. This car is far too precious to be beaten on. This Cobra gets a ton of compliments and is a definite head turner. Summer is coming! Don't miss out on this rare gem!!
