Ferrari's 360 Modena, the flagship mid-engine roadster of its era, introduced new aerodynamic bodywork by Pininfarina on an all-aluminum spaceframe. Pairing a desirable 6-speed manual transmission with its 3.6L quad-cam V8, this 2003 example comes finished in Argento Nürburgring over black leather with Daytona-style power-adjustable seats. Additional features include grey-finished wheels, a Challenge-style rear grille, and an Alpine head unit. This 360 Spider was sold new in the U.S. and is now being offered for auction once again on PCARMARKET out of Canada with under 47k miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Argento Nürburgring (101) with a black power-operated black soft top. Features include bi-xenon headlights, a polycarbonate engine cover, and twin aero fairings that conceal the convertible top behind the cabin. Other equipment consists of a Challenge-style rear grille, red brake calipers, and grey-finished 18” five-spoke wheels with yellow Ferrari center caps. Minor paint imperfections are noted, along with a filled chip in the windshield, warped weatherstripping on the passenger’s side, and some wear on the soft top. The cabin presents black leather upholstered power-adjustable Daytona-style seats with Cavallino-embellished headrests. Matching leather wraps the dashboard, door panels, and roll bars, accented with silver trim. The driver is supplied with a perforated black leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, drilled aluminum pedals, and a gated 6-speed manual gear shifter with a polished knob. The seats and touchpoints show some wear, and the dashboard has scratches. Some wear is depicted in the gallery, and one of the passenger seat cushion adjustment functions is inoperative.
The Ferrari 360 is powered by a quad-cam 3.6-liter V8 equipped with a flat-plane crankshaft, titanium connecting rods, and dry-sump lubrication, which produces up to 396 HP and 275 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in 4.6 seconds with a claimed top speed of 183 MPH. The seller adds that a service carried out by Ferrari included the replacement of the fuel pump, master cylinder, and timing belts, an antifreeze flush, and serving the cam seals, valve cover gaskets, and brake fluid.

The service from 2023 indicates that the brake system should be serviced and the ABS pump might be contaminated. Was this addressed at any point?

we do not know of any paint work . The inspection done at ferrari was in June of 2023 and the car was not driven since then. Service was done with many components changed for a total of 19820.76$ can
Was a PPI done prior to this sale to indicate in more detail it's current condition?
Is there any paint work that's been done on the car and possibly not captured in the CarFax? I'm the lead photo, the shade of the door to the rear quarter seem to differ.
the service done on the june 21st 2023 is the only service that we have the invoice for. total amount of 19820.76$ can.
@Clubracer6 as the buyer you would be the one importing the car the seller simply has to make sure it gets picked up by the transport company. Your job is to reach out to Ferrari for a compliance letter, hire a broker, pay 500 dollar bond and it’s simple as that.
Is the record from 3.5 years ago the only service record you have? Is that the service mentioned in the description? Can you please clarify more about the seat cushion not working? Which part exactly? Are you able to assist with getting into the US? Not sure if it’s possible, but a longer driving video would be nice. Thank you!
