Finished in Black over a beige leather interior, this 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena is equipped with a gated 6-speed manual transmission paired with its mid-mounted 3.6-liter V8 engine. The car was factory-optioned with Scuderia fender shields and Challenge-style grille, and has been modified with a GruppeM carbon fiber ram air intake system and black powder-coated F430 wheels. This Ferrari is supported by a strong maintenance history, including a belt service in 2021 and a major service in 2024 with new fuel injectors, spark plugs, brakes, and exterior ceramic coating. Having spent most of its life in California, this 360 Modena is now being offered for auction out of Florida with approximately 32k miles showing on the odometer.
The aluminum Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Black and features distinctive side air intakes, a transparent engine cover, and a rear diffuser. Equipment includes xenon headlights, heated power mirrors, tinted windows, optional Scuderia fender shields, Challenge-style grilles, polished quad exhaust pipes, yellow brake calipers, and black powder-coated 19” Ferrari F430 wheels with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires. The seller indicates that a full exterior paint correction and ceramic coating were completed in 2024. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with beige leather upholstery, matching carpets, a black leather dashboard, and aluminum trim pieces. Accessories include manually adjustable bucket seats, a black leather three-spoke steering wheel, a gated aluminum shifter, drilled aluminum pedals, brushed aluminum door sills, automatic climate control, and a sound system. The factory radio has been removed, and the air conditioning system was recharged in 2024.
Factory-rated at 395 HP and 275 lb-ft of torque, the 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 engine features dry sump lubrication, a flat-plane crankshaft, and dual overhead camshafts with five valves per cylinder. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The engine has been modified with a GruppeM carbon fiber ram air intake system for increased power and induction sound. The seller states a belt service was completed in 2021, and a service in 2024 included new brakes, fuel injectors, spark plugs, and power steering leak repair.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a window sticker, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “This 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena, finished in sleek black with 31,500 miles, is a stunning example of Ferrari’s legendary design and performance paired with the thrill of a 6-speed gated manual transmission. @AD15 We don’t believe the readings necessarily indicate a repaint on the roof.
Being an aluminum-bodied car, it's common to see some variation in paint thickness, and the front end is often polished, which can lower readings in those areas.
That said, we can only share our impressions — there's no definitive record regarding past paintwork.
Bid in the amount of $75,000
@AD15 No specific reason, that’s just how we received the car. There don’t appear to be any issues with the wiring, so it should be a straightforward plug-and-play install.
We can only assume the previous owner preferred the symphony coming from the engine bay over the one from the speakers — and honestly, who could blame them?
Bid in the amount of $74,250
Thanks for posting the paint meter readings. Looks like passenger side, possibly roof has been repainted compared to drivers side/hood.
Is there any reason the headunit was removed? Any issues with the wiring or will a new unit be "plug and play"?
@cmoneymillz Aside from the items already mentioned, we’re not aware of any additional needs at this time.
The timing belt service was documented in 2021, and based on that, we don't believe a new belt service is currently required, though of course this can be confirmed by a Ferrari dealer or independent specialist for peace of mind.
We've done our best to describe the car transparently throughout the auction and believe no relevant issues have been left out. Let us know if you’d like us to clarify anything further!

Besides a belt service, tires, a radio, and possible engine mounts - is there anything else the car needs?
@Erapp100 – The tires were not replaced in 2024. Date codes are from 2013
– Yes, there's an aftermarket amp visible in the frunk, and the head unit has been removed. Speakers are present under the grills and appear to be aftermarket, though we can't confirm the brand.
– There is some leather separation on the passenger side airbag cover — a detailed photo was added to the gallery.
– We’ve also uploaded a close-up image of the driver side seat bolster for reference. Which is pretty good shape, by the way.
– Regarding the engine mounts, there’s no paper documentation showing that they were replaced after the 2024 diagnosis.

@Chiro911 We don't have any historical documentation regarding the sticky buttons, but we can confirm that none of the buttons or interior trim pieces currently show any signs of stickiness—they're all in excellent condition.
Regarding the belt service, the invoice from KTMotoring (visible in the photo gallery) shows that a “major timing service” was completed in 2021, with a detailed list of parts used.
As for the 2024 service, the records from GTO Engineering (also included in the gallery) show that they performed a brake service, repaired a power steering pump leak, and addressed a thermocouple fault.
Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions!
Couple of questions.
2024 evaluation indicated new tires recommended. Were they replaced? Do you have date codes and wear of the tires?
Looks like someone installed a custom stereo system (is that an aftermarket amp in the frunk with a glass cover?) Head unit was removed. What remains under the speaker grills? Empty? OEM speakers?
Is that leather separation on the passenger side airbag cover or just the picture?
If possible can you post a picture of the driver side seat outside bolster, they have a tendency to separate which is to be expected, question is how much?
Were the engine mounts replaced as recommended?
Beautiful car. Can you shed some clarity on sticky buttons. Were they correct by removing the coating or were they sent out to stickrx solutions for permanent fix? Major service is usually referred to as a belt service when it comes to Ferraris. Was the belt service completed in 2024 during the “major service”?
The Ferrari Belt service interval for the 360 is 3 years. If the belt was last performed in 2021 the car is 2 years past due for a timing belt.
Thank you.
As we head into the final hours of the auction, I just want to thank everyone who has followed, asked questions, and shown interest in this special Ferrari.
Manual transmission 360 Modenas are becoming increasingly rare and sought after—true analog Ferraris from an era we won’t see again. Not only are they an absolute joy to drive, but they’ve also proven to be strong, stable investments for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
These are cars to enjoy, to keep, and to be proud of.
Best of luck to all bidders—feel free to reach out with any last-minute questions!
I was never a big 360 fan, but it's growing in me. It looks good in black. I like this car. Someone will get a good value. These are actually reasonable, unlike most desirable sports cars.
@kcm Yes, the paint meter photos were just uploaded—please check pictures numbered 196 to 207.

Were the paint meter photos added? I'm not seeing them.
I know this usually isn't the case, but since you guys are a dealer, do you take trade-ins? was in the process of selling my 993 cab to get a 360 and saw this, possible trade-ins will greatly help my ability on bidding. Thanks for the clarification
@cmoneymillz We don’t have a copy of the dyno sheet on file, and unfortunately there’s no documentation specifying the brand of the exhaust system. We've checked the components and didn’t find any visible markings or branding on the exhaust. Happy to provide additional photos if helpful.
KTMotoring receipts for dyno tune and full exhaust install. Do you have a copy of Dyno sheet? Any info on what exhaust was put in? Couldn't tell from the pics. Thanks!

@AZCollector We’re sorry, but we won’t be disassembling the side panels in the engine bay at this time. We’ve shared as much access and detail as possible in the current photo set, but we want to avoid removing any components. Appreciate your understanding.
Bid in the amount of $69,420
@AZCollector Hello, please check new picture number 180 for a close up of that area
@AZCollector Thanks for your questions! I just uploaded all the available service records, including the documentation for the 2021 timing belt service.
Regarding the belt life, it hasn’t been specifically measured, but the belt was replaced in 2021 and is well within the recommended service interval. As for clutch wear, there’s no written report, but the clutch operates smoothly with no issues reported by the previous owner or the shop that performed the recent service.

@Jamesb2125 Thanks for the question! There’s no discoloration on the dash — what you're seeing is a small section of the leather on the passenger airbag cover that’s coming slightly loose. We just added a close-up photo so everyone can take a closer look.
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
@AZCollector i dont believe there is a way to check clutch life on a manual. That's only for F1.
Can you please take/upload a photo of the engine ecu stickers? (they are located behind the drip trays in the engine bay)
@Jamesb2125 To Jamesb2125; good observation. It seems the glove box leather and the leather around the drivers side gauge pod is wrinkled. Can we get some close up's of the dash please?
From the AD: including a belt service in 2021 and a major service in 2024
Can you please post the service records from 2021 and 2024?
What is the remaining belt life? Clutch wear? Was it checked in 2021 and 2024?
I think you'd have more success here if you removed the tint and sourced original starfish wheels.
Is the passenger dash bubbling? Seems to have discoloration on the black portion.
@AD15 Of course! We are here if you need any other details.
@MiamiGarageClassics thank you! It's hard to tell in the original pics
@AD15 What you are seeing in pictures 38 and 50 are just dirt particles, not paint chips.
We just uploaded new pictures of that area here. We hope that helps.
Please let us know if you want any specific shots.
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
@MiamiGarageClassics thanks. Can you provide additional pictures of the areas in 38 and 50 specifically that don't show those chips?
@AD15 The only visible chips are on the front bumper, with very few on the hood. No other panels show signs of chipping.
@yns79 Good morning. The paint meter readings should be ready today. I'll post a message here as soon as they are uploaded.
Regarding the dents, there are a few very minor ones on the edge of the passenger door. They are barely visible, but they are present (typical parking dent).
No ppf on the car
For example, pictures 38 and 50 are most noticeable
Are there rock chips all over the paint? It's hard to tell but almost all closeups seems to show rock chips on all panels.
Paint meter readings available yet? any imperfections as dents or chips? any PPF on the car?

@vengerider Hello, we are working to provide paint meter readings during the auction. Unfortunately, the factory original wheels are not available. This car has absolutely non-sticky buttons.

Bid in the amount of $5,000
@Miamigarageclassics Do you have paint meter readings, original wheels, any buttons sticky?
